Oceanfront condo w/ pool, beach, tennis & sunsets!

*TWO people max. NO children under 10 and NO PETS* 112B is a first-floor direct oceanfront condo, just steps from the pool & beach on the quiet, North end of Tybee. The open-plan living area looks out to a covered balcony with a view of the Savannah River and Atlantic Ocean, just beyond the natural dunes. Open living area and well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher & oven. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Parking is unreserved for only ONE vehicle.

"The Banana Lighthouse" has incredible views of the ocean and the iconic Tybee Island Lighthouse! This cozy contemporary 6 BR, 4 1/2 BA home features an open concept kitchen and great spaces to either gather or tuck away for some quiet reading or writing. There's ample on-site parking, multiple decks, and a fenced backyard. Close, easy walk to beach, shells, dolphin watching, ships, restaurants, parks, history...or just rest and recharge. The minimum age to book our home is 25 years of age.

Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.

BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

This is CASULA SOLIS!! Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up.
