Das 2018 erbaute Haus ist unter modernen Aspekten winterfest erbaut worden. Ein Brunnen mit Trinkwasserqualität ist hier selbstverständlich. Zum Haus gehört ebenso das eigene Fischereirecht!

The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
