Experience the great unseen from the accommodation and enjoy the tranquility of your own private beach. Take a swim in the fjord, paddle out to the nearest island 15 minutes by canoe. Private beach, with canoes, swimming opportunities and fishing. Walking distance 15 min on the footpath to colonial shop. Short way to many great hiking areas. Odda and trolltunga are 1 hour and 45 min away by car. Nedstrand with lovely mountains 40 min by car. Local mountains 3 min drive away. You live in the middle of Stavanger 1 hour and 30 minutes and Bergen 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Charming lakeside house, Bakkevig Gard Nedstrand

The house is west facing with a view to the sea and only a few meters down to the seafront. Below the house is a nice, spacious garden and on the upside lawn up to the road. The house is built around 1970, and is characterized by some retro style. Kitchen is renovated in 2024 and there is a new floor in the kitchen/living room and new windows facing south. New roof is under planning. It is possible to hire a boat and kayaks for trips on the fjord in the community. Otherwise, there are many nice hiking opportunities on foot both in the community and the district otherwise.

Best suited for up to 8 people, but can accommodate 10 when using two small children's rooms with low ceiling height. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The annex is opened for 5–10 guests.

100 year old cottage with small-turned windows and beams on the ceiling. But there is also wireless internet, toilet and kitchen from the 2000s. Great view to the fjord. Large garden with splash pool that is filled by appointment. Lawn for football, badminton etc. 800 meters to walk to well-maintained, public beach (Aksnesstranda). Alternatively, one can drive there. Nice view to the fjord. The garden has herbs, flowers, berries and fruit. The bathroom is small. It has a toilet, sink and a primitive hand shower. Electric heating, not wood burning.

Selhammar Tun - Annex Nedstrand

Welcome to our retreat, a place to watch the world go past or a base to enjoy the neighbourhood. Located above a small charismatic beach among the woods and hills of Hinderåvåg. Selhammar is a location that is relatively isolated and accessible down a farm track that wanders about 1 km from the public road system. Explore a choice of forest, beaches and mountains just outside your doorstep. The homestead is slowly being restored from abandonment and basic organic principles are practised.

Lovely cottage close to the sea in quiet surroundings. Here you can relax and enjoy the days with sea views and the nature outside the doors. Go to the sea to take a bath, jump from the pier, go for a walk in the woods, pick berries, or relax on the large terrace On the days of the storm, light the fire and enjoy looking at the sea. There is a fire pit on the terrace and barbecue available. Short distance to the popular trip to Himkånå, Nedstrand and the locks in Skjoldastrømmen.

Idyllically located cabin at the shore of Grindefjorden. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the fjord. Private beach and jetty, with access to boat(summerfun) access. Charming "Southern style" cabin. The cabin is small but have what you need. And in terms of experience, it's the great outdoor areas that are used the most. There is a large terrace where you can enjoy both morning coffee and sunset when the sun sets at 22:00. Brygge has a dining group for 10.
