Cleber was very polite and helpful throughout the process and his house is a delight, surrounded by trees and mountains. As we arrived at night, it was difficult to find the first house, as it becomes more complicated to understand the references when there is no light. So it is good to confirm with Cleber the way and take the map downloaded to avoid any problems, since in the vicinity there may be no mobile network. Inside the house, the decor is peculiar and the kitchen is well-equipped - we find everything we need. The shower is also very nice. We take great advantage of the tranquility of the place lying on the hammock, which is on the balcony. We visit the nearby waterfall, which can be seen from the house, and although the fall does not have a well, you can cool down at the smaller pocinhos. The region of the waterfall is beautiful, but it's a tip: some parts of the route can flood and turn the floor into mud, so it's good to take a slipper if you decide to go from tennis. In addition, we are already planning the turn!

It was a great pleasure to stay on the Tania Maria site for a weekend. We came to produce an event in Viçosa and enjoyed the opportunity to enjoy in the forest area. As a large group (12 people) the house met all our needs and offered a cozy space. Large pool, nice garden and many spacious rooms. Tania also helped with the transportation/van to our group between downtown and the place so we can produce our event smoothly. We thank you very much for your help and kindness during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, it accommodated my whole family well, very spacious house, great location, quiet neighborhood, we went to my brother's graduation and we were all together in the same house, it was great. Wonderful! If you are looking for a quiet place, to relax with family or enjoy a little with friends, this is the opportunity. The house was all flawless, the smelling bed linen, the kitchen equipped. All the people involved were very friendly and helpful. Zezé, who received us on-site, was super attentive and kind. The sandy court gives a charm in place, allowing for more fun. We spent the new year there, and the quiet was amazing! Anyway, super recommend!

Wonderful Site!! I recommend the host to update the disclosure photos as it is the place is better and more beautiful in person. Home equipped with everything we need, spacious and ventilated rooms, all well organized and clean.

Sr Walter was very flexible at check-in and check-out times. The house is very good, only needs more household items (mainly board and iron) and pillows (they take up a lot of space in the luggage to take). In addition, the housekeeper and his wife are very attentive and helped in everything. The only detail of the accommodation, which does not discredit the announcement at all, is that to get to the "condo" we have to go through a road (very good by the way), but with a lot of dust, about 1km. The condominium is all footwear with cobblestones. I hope to come back every year to stay for Congress.

The wonderful house with everything we needed to rest, had pool table, beach tennis court and whirlpool (we did not use any of the three) because only the barbecue area and the psychina were enough to give us a rest.
