Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. And the great highlight was the whirlpool, simply wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The location is also excellent, providing incredible moments of rest and leisure. I want to thank you for the lodging, my family and I love the apartment. Everything was clean, very airy apartment,everything new. It had all the necessary utensils for hosting. 1hr of Paraty,we take a day tour there. Pertinho do Centro de Itagua,more have to go by car. We love everything, sure if there's another opportunity we'll come back yes. The only negative point is the vacancy that is very tight, but she had already reported in the advertisement.

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, and it was very easy to keep it clean. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. quiet beach and the view is beautiful ( get ready for stairs, but, it's worth it).

Good location, internal space of the apartment as advertised. It was ready at the scheduled time, clean space, but the elevator had a blanket with a very strong smell of mold, they should improve this point. Very safe and organized condominium.

It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!
