Cottage holiday rentals in Ubud

thankful for the host's hospitality and kindness. 🙏🏻 the place was as described and we had a comfortable stay. the property was in a quiet neighborhood and there were lots of plants and trees around. lots of warung around and there's a restaurant (Kalamansi) nearby as well. we didn't get to use the kitchen since we dined out a lot but drinking water was provided. the semi-outdoor bath was nice but expect that there will be bugs especially at night, so keep all doors closed. the place was big enough already for me and my partner as it had a "mini" living room. we got to work but the wifi fluctuates every now and then. overall, a good find! we didn't get to explore Sanur but we did visit the nearby Bali Zoo and we also managed to go snorkling in the Blue Lagoon and a quick side trip to Bias Tugel beach! thanks again for being part of our experience. 💖

I had an excellent stay at BK Villa. The villa manager, Herman, and the host, Mr. Ho, were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend BK Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Staying at Villa Kalih was an absolute delight. Tucked away in a peaceful and lush area, it offers the perfect escape from the busy city life. Despite its serene setting, the villa is just a short drive away from Canggu’s vibrant cafés, beach clubs, and trendy restaurants. We loved our stay in Bali! The outdoor living area and pool were wonderful, the staff was very hospitable with amazing food and service, and it was just a quick walk to the beach to watch the surfers.

Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well and making us feel as if we are at home during our stay in Sanur. The location was perfect and central to everything we needed and wanted to do. We had such a great time with our family! You immediately feel at home due to the cozy decor. The view over the rice fields is just beautiful! The bedrooms are fine. We were not bothered by traffic. We had massages done a few times, Awan took care of that. It all went well. Every day, Awan made a great breakfast of your choice. We all liked it. Awan speaks enough English for the necessary communication. The supermarket across the street is very convenient, so is the simple restaurant at 20 meters. We also regularly ordered food through Grab. It was a first introduction to Asia for a few of us. Due to the villa, that first impression is great!!! wonderful location, beautiful spacious villa and massive pool. delicious breakfast every morning and kind, thoughtful friendly staff. I always like to stay at this location. can't beat the space and privacy.

Our stay here was highlighted not with the amazing villa, not the complete selection of ammenities, not even the amazing location right next to Kuta Beach, but by Majeed's amazing friendliness as well as responsiveness. Would love to stay here again one day.

Very good stay at this Villa. A total and friendly change of scenery for a beautiful arrival on the island of Bali. Doni, Claudia and all the staff are very nice and give lots of good advice and tips. More than perfect environment with pool and relaxation area, jungle and small villas. The most beautiful place in Chang, the nature is incredible, the best owner of the property. We enjoyed ourselves completely. You won't find better accommodation in Changu for this money

What a delightful experience. From the minute we booked, until the moment we checked out, we were taken care of as 5⭐️ accommodations always do. The house is stunning and beautiful. Exactly as described. We loved the open air traditional living and equally were grateful for the air conditioning at night. If you prefer no nature, this is not your place. If you love nature, you will find no better. Made came every evening we were home and made us traditional Balinese food. It was amazing and the best we experienced while on Bali. We are so grateful for her. She also provided excellent laundry service, arranged for massage and a pedicure for my husband. (Just want to mention Komang & Kedak twin sisters gave the best massage in Bali). Kedak, the manager, kept us arranged with drivers and fresh water. We are so grateful for our experience in the “jungle” and rice fields. We stayed two weeks and loved every minute.

The staff is really nice and the houses are really cute and completely clean. I’d recommend to stay here and if we ever come back to Canggu, we’ll stay here again!

This villa is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to a Main Street where there are restaurants, mini marts and shops. The villa is clean and spacious and the pool is clean. Definitely would recommend for friends, family or couples.

My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Suji Jago Villa. The location was fantastic - short walk to so many different restaurants, activities. Mini supermarket was right next door. The Villa itself was beautiful. Nice big rooms, and the pool was a hit with the kids. Everything was cleaned and maintained so well. The housekeeper, Wayan, was so friendly and very responsive! We really appreciated all the thoughtful small touches - there were power boards in every bedroom, a well stocked kitchen (cutting boards, containers as well as kids cups, cutlery and plates!). Our holiday to Bali was the most amazing trip - and a large part of that is definitely because we stayed here!

The villa is such a nice place surrounded by rice field and trees. Rivers are flowing out the window. Food is nice, lovely trip. Thank you.

Loved my stay. Waking up next to my horse was a dream come true. I so enjoyed being surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature every day. Each morning started with the joy of seeing my horse right outside, true happiness. Also - really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen! Loved chilling and relaxing by the pool after my ride. Bed was exceptional too. See you guys soon.

The villa was wonderful – the pool was cleaned regularly, everything was always clean. There was absolutely nothing wrong.

Made is a fantastic host—super friendly and very responsive. We stayed at this house for a month and loved its remote location, away from traffic. As mentioned in the listing, geckos live on the ceilings, helping keep flies away. We got used to them quickly, though we had to clean up after them occasionally and they might make some noises from time to time. Since the house is near rice fields with lots of vegetation, insects, frogs, and spiders sometimes made their way inside. The pool, just three meters from the bedroom, was a big bonus, it was also regularly cleaned by local staff. The air was fresh, the surroundings peaceful, and the internet was fast enough for video calls, despite occasional freezes. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were really sad to leave. If you’re looking to escape routine and experience Ubud’s authentic vibes, I highly recommend this place!

the place is alright. the biggest problem is that the neighbors across can eat hing you swimming in your "private pool" what the problem that ur isn't private anymore
