The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and was renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and most recently renovated in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic environment decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

Nice wooden house with glass veranda and large garden. Pool 6x3 m in summer. 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. In one bedroom, there are also 2 single beds. Guest house with 2 bunk beds. Large kitchen, a small and a large living room, bathroom with bathtub. There are games for indoor and outdoor use, TV, outdoor seating groups as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi and charging post for electric car are available. The nearest swimming area is 1.5 km away. There is a bathing ladder and a perfect jetty to catch crabs from. 2 SUPs are available

Welcome to a house with a large terrace and pool house in a rural environment surrounded by nature and open meadows. The coastal path passes 150 meters from the house. 700 meters from the house there is shopping in Göksäter, where there is also a large playground and kiosk. The community of Henån is 8 km away. The house is an older villa with low ceilings. There is a sandbox, trampoline and swings. Indoors there is also access to various toys in the playroom. Two double beds 180 cm and 160 cm. A single bed 80 cm and two 80 cm cots for children.

Villa Sjöblick is centrally located in Ljungskile with a wonderful view of the sea. It is a large house with room for many. However, we only have 6 beds. Then there are 2 mattresses on the floor. There are conservatories and several balconies as well as a large pool. Walking distance to most things, there is the opportunity to play paddle, golf or tennis. Cozy restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors and shops. Close to the sea for beach walks & swimming, also close to forest and hiking areas.

Det finns en uppvärmd pool på ca 25-30 grader, samt möjlighet till att grilla och äta middagar utomhus. På baksidan huset finns en gräsmatta perfekt för lek, samt en studsmatta. Här finns även en stenlagd uteplats där man kan äta sin frukost i morgonsolen, samt sitta i skuggan under dagtid.
