Apartment Zollus House is located in the old town of Osijek, in the very center of Tvrđa. One of the key things that make our apartment unique is the privacy, comfort and size of the entire property. Guests can enjoy a beautifully decorated seating area as well as a view of the street of the famous part of Tvrđa, where it is certainly never boring, and can relax on the terrace or courtyard that offers various entertainment facilities. Het wijnhuis is gelegen in een rustige zijstraat tussen andere wijnhuizen maar het ” centrum ” van het dorp is op loopafstand dus alles heerlijk dicht in de buurt. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met een echt Hongaarse tegelkachel. Vanuit de wookamer komt men in een ruime keuken en een ruime seperate badkamer. De lange wijnkelder ( 25 meter diep) heeft de ingang vanuit de woonkamer.
