Our stay on Bulago island at Tom's house was just great. From the house, beautifully situated above the water on the far west tip of the island, you have an amazing view over the lake, which gets even better with every step you climb up behind the house up to the hill, which is the highest point of the island. The house is fully equipped with all you need and Tom is an awesome host! We'll soon be back.

It was a wonderful experience in a magical place surrounded by nature. A small oasis in the middle of a well kept forest with a view of the River. It’s one of those places you would love to come back.

Angella & Renske were amazing hosts with this special place that is so welcoming! + We loved the small welcoming basket full of small essentials for our arrival night. + We loved the comforts of the big fluffy towels, the beautiful private backyard with the comfy outside lounging, the soft beds, and the nicely furnished sitting room. Every place has their “quirks”, so here’s some things to know while booking - Like they share, the washrooms are a bit dated so they don’t appear clean but they are! And really they fit the job for what they’re made for 😂 - The TV isn’t a smart TV so you won’t be able to login to Netflix, Hulu, etc…. But just go outside instead! - The private parking is shared with two other connecting homes in the compound & is REALLY steep! And small. But still secure so that’s a bonus.

Our stay at Jungle apartment was exceptional. very tidy and lovely house equipped with everything you need.the place is so beautiful and lots of lovely touches!! It looks exactly like it does on the pictures. A good bed and nice bathroom. Peter is a great host and there when you need him .The communication was super easy and quick. Peter was very helpful since the beginning by picking my family from airport he was so kind to stay in the airport with the driver to make sure they come safely. He waited almost the whole night ,he goes above and beyond to support you with your needs. Peter is very professional ,reliable ,easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. The place also have ,free transportation around Entebbe, 24/7 security. All the stuffs were very helpful and supportive. we are so satisfied in our stay and felt home. we would highly recommend this wonderful apartment for both long term and short term stay . We will definitely come again!!

We had a fabulous few days. Found the space very comfortable and peaceful. Having our washing done, using bikes and daily breakfast was such an unexpected treat! Best Rolex in Gulu! Will be coming back to stay when I am next in town!

My friends and I stayed at Dr Stella's place in Namulanda for two nights. She and Kia, her house manager are very nice, welcoming and helpful with even the smallest details to make our stay as easy as possible - on top of all the amenities and fully functioning chicken, she even recommended a neighbourhood restaurant that served a delicious supper. Neighbourhood is a bit of a distance off the maid road but it makes up for that with how peaceful and safe it is. I'll definitely stay whenever I am in the area as the price itself is really good for this place.

I'm a returning guest, and that for a good reason. The house and the compound is absolutely amazing and the host is amazing. We came back specifically for this house/Location because it's in a quiet and family-friendly area and has a big (Big!) garden outside for the kids to play. We've spent the entire days outside eating, playing and enjoying the sunny Kampala weather. The help are also very helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure that me and my big family have been as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay. I am already planning my next trip, and I know it will be in this house again.

We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host, Brian, was super responsive and made everything easy from the moment we booked. The house is modern, stylish, and exactly as advertised — maybe even better in person. The facilities were spotless, and Grace, the housekeeper, did a great job keeping everything clean and well-organized throughout our stay. Towels, basic toiletries, and all the essential facilities were on hand and ready to use, which made settling in really convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable too — perfect since we had a bit of work to catch up on. We mostly used a car to get around, but there were plenty of transport options nearby if needed. Another unexpected bonus: no mosquitoes at all, which made the stay even more pleasant. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing and getting some downtime. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d happily stay here.

Honestly speaking, there's not enough words to describe how privileged i was to stay at Sophie's world! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, spacious and very private. The Apartment is located in a gated community with very professional 24-hr security guards overseeing access and egress for visitors. The neighborhood is very peaceful which attracts people from different walks of life. Sophie was such a fantastic host, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The little touches, such as extra bed linen, pillows and towels, made my stay feel truly special. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores and attractions, which helped me make the most of my time in Kampala. For anyone out there looking for a comfortable stay, value for money and a welcoming host, I recommend Sophie's world with the highest regard. Pictures don't do justice to this place. it's huge, spacious, quiet and also very clean. Check in was seamless and I loved the fact that Chintu kept checking in on me to see if I was okay. Lovely place and easy to find. I'd definately consider it again and again whenever I'm in Jinja. it's also very secure and very safe...

Kelly’s place was a gem of a villa. Perfect for families, great attention to detail and a wonderful garden. Poolside is serene and the rooms are very comfortable and well styled. Kelly is a great host and great communicator and the staff are welcoming and helpful! Karibu!

We stayed at Diana's place for 4 nights with 5 of us in our group. The house is very private, with a nice big yard/car park and a secure gate off the main road, so it's much quieter than staying on the main road. Diana's staff, whom she has employed, were very friendly and helped us sort out washing laundry, and anything else we needed during our stay. The WIFI connection was high-speed, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms had good storage for our clothing and suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back the next time we pass through Kampala! Thanks, Diana, for hosting us.

It was a great experience staying at the house! The location is beautiful, the house very charming and Claire is a great host, who responded often, and helped when needed. The house manager Isaac was amazing to have around, since he could help us out during our stay as well. I would reccomend this place to everyone!

My family and throughly enjoyed our stay at Carolyn and Junior’s house! The house was so spacious and comfortable for my family and I. And we absolutely fell in love with Mr. Steven, Mr. Dickson, Ms. Barbara, and Ms. Judith! They are wonderful and very helpful and attentive. The host were very welcoming and helpful, we had a little hiccup and they were there to make sure matters were solved and in a timely manner. We were sad to have to leave as this place really started feeling like home. I definitely recommend this house 100%

This was a gem of a find! Beyond grateful to have stayed here. It was a perfect spot to relax & enjoy the beauty of Entebbe. It's within walking distance to main road to catch a boda. Both Dan & Ian were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. They let have an available room for the day while I waited for a late airport departure. The accommodations were so comfortable. Loved cooking in the kitchen. I hope to come back again soon!

We had a really nice stay in Adam's house, the place is so peaceful and nice.

My partner and I have been coming to Uganda for long stays over the last few years, and this was most wonderful and authentic Airbnb experience so far. JPs stylish cabin is nestled inside a community that feels very peaceful, surrounded by nature and with a wonderful view of the Rwenzori mountains. yet you can get to the city of Fort Portal in a 15-20 minute boda or car ride. Meeting JP was also one of the highlights of this stay. He is very warm, friendly and great to chat to. He is very responsive and quickly available. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. When we informed JP we would be working remotely in the cabin during our 2 week stay he quickly installed a WiFi router and upgraded the solar electricity installation to accommodate us. Highly recommend booking this place during your visit to Fort Portal for a truly pleasant and unique stay!

I had a great stay at the “Urban Oasis” apartment in Bugolobi while on a business trip to Kampala. The location was excellent, and I was impressed by the walking/jogging opportunities within the Estate. The location was safe, and within easy reach of the Village Mall and several forex bureaus to exchange foreign currency. The apartment was also walking distance to Bandali rise, and if you are into nightlife, you will not be disappointed with the wide variety of very busy clubs at your disposal on this street!!. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and followed up to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kampala, whether for business or leisure!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. everything was perfectly as it need to be, only one issue it should be specificity to not leave the house after 8pm as the road is not lightly enough and you risk to be jumped by thieves as it happened to me.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The bungalow is cozy, fully equipped, and incredibly peaceful — it truly felt like a home away from home. It’s perfect not only for a short stay but also for a longer visit. While the streets around the area could be better, it’s a pleasant 35-minute walk to Victoria Mall. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!
