Holiday rentals with beach access in Ukraine

Unreal service and wonderful hosts of the house. It's not the first time I've booked a place in Odessa, but this is the first time the apartment had everything: shower gel, powder, coffee/tea, cereals. The cleanliness of the house is better than in some hotels. I arrived early in the morning, Mila understood my situation and let me into the apartment even earlier than expected. This is the best option of those where I had to stay and the choice will now be only this house I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I liked the accommodation, convenient location, there is a market and pharmacies nearby, we walked to the sea. Helped with parking. The apartment is tidy, everything is new and perfectly clean. Recommended!

This was my best reservation of an apartment in the last few years. The hosts are very pleasant, polite and decent people. Mr. Serhii was constantly in touch with me, he was not responding to my messages from the very morning, even at 6:00, and was waiting for our check-in, because that's what we agreed on the eve. Upon arrival, he met me, showed me where to go, told me everything, even offered to carry my suitcases) The apartment is neat and clean, the bed is fresh, and in general, everything is there for a comfortable stay. We even found sugar there, because we forgot to take it with us, and it just came in handy))) I received only positive emotions from staying in this apartment. Now I will always stay here when I come to Odessa again)

I rented the apartment for my parents' vacation, so the third floor was perfect, the windows had a view of the sea, so they enjoyed watching the sunrises over the sea without leaving the apartment) The apartment is beautiful: clean, well-maintained, compact, but at the same time everything is arranged as conveniently and comfortably as possible, equipped with everything you need. It's perfect for two, nothing more is needed, but there are additional beds, so + 1-2 guests can easily fit. The hostess of the apartment, Victoria, deserves a separate post and the title of the best in the world)) No matter how many times and where I have rested, I did not even guess that such VIP-service from the owners could exist. Constant assistance (including car placement, which is very important in this residential complex!), text, video, photo instructions, regular communication at all stages from booking to departure - this is the minimum in two words that I can say about Victoria. Boundless gratitude for your care and involvement!!!

Great apartment. Secure and, clean and has everything for the short or long term stay. Beautiful park just nearby. Groceries and places for breakfast around. Easy to get to the beach side.

It was nice to stay in Irina's apartment, all the necessary household appliances are available, a good view from the window. Iryna is a sociable, pleasant woman, she told me everything and gave me tips.

Nice house, has everything for relaxing and staying both and a group. Nice sleeping arrangements, it was cold but cozy. I didn't like that there were neighbors very close. The overall impression from the description and photos was that it was one lake house with no neighbors sharing the area with you. As a result, the neighbors roasted their food on the grill in front of our porch when we arrived. The host and her mother are very nice, kind and always ready to help. Thanks for the weekend!

Exceeded expectations! I was so sure that it would be a cozy house overlooking the hills, but in fact it is even better than in the picture. A new house, absolutely clean, cozy, as if it was waiting for me. Ms. Uliana is a wonderful hostess, quick and easy communication, it was a pleasure to stay in the apartment! It's definitely worth all the time and money, I absolutely recommend it! I want to come back again!

My children and I liked everything, we relaxed in a quiet place. Great nature around! The house itself is very comfortable, spacious, has everything you need - a lot of space to relax, wide beds, there are also workplaces, the kitchen has a lot of dishes and appliances (for example, the oven is not much where there is, also a microwave, stove, dishwasher, etc.). It was very atmospheric that there was a real tree in the living room with decorations and string lights. The fireplace also added a winter flavor. Always in touch withthe host and Vladimir, who cares about comfort. Special thanks for transfers! This is important if you are not in a car. Overall, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Extremely lovely cabin with incredible views. We were in March when it's quite cold, but at the expense of the air conditioner everything is very well heated. definitely recommend!

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The apartment is very modern and classy. It’s a great environment to chill and relax, with plenty of space to move around, and has a comfortable bed. It’s a real gentleman’s apartment, a place I felt proud to be in. The hosts kept in regular contact about cleaning, and they were easy to get in touch with if there were any issues (simply via WhatsApp). It had everything I needed. And just quick walk to Arcadia. And far enough away not to have much noise at night. Will def come back there again!
