Apartment holiday rentals in Ulcinj

I stayed with my 3 year old and the apartment was great for the two of us. The kitchen is not big but has all of the amenities, the dishwasher and a big refrigerator. The bathroom was very clean with a washing machine and a really nice shower. The place also has a nice terrace with a couple chairs and a coffee table. The building itself is great as well, accessible staff at reception at all times.

Very polite and kind hosts, quickly help to solve the problem that arose. The apartments are large, beautiful and clean. Convenient area for car parking.

great apartment! spacious, it has everything you might need. we stayed for a month and felt at home. well-equiped kitchen, washer, a drying rack, even an umbrella for a rainy day! A sofa in a living room is very comfortable, the TV is large. Internet connectivity is fast, it was crucial for me as I work remotely. Easy to find a parking spot, a large supermarket nearby. the Beach is 5-10 mins away (depending on what beach you are going to). I hope to be back.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great—peaceful yet close to the city center. I felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

Karolina and her parents are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question (and there were many) Karolina was ready to answer. Apartment was well furnished and equipped.We felt super welcomed and comfortable, especially that we we’re travelling with 2 year old, and apartament had everything we needed for a baby (travel bed, wash machine). Sasha's apartment was a great find for our family. Sasha is an absolutely wonderful host, attentive, friendly, caring. He met us at the train station and brought us to the apartment. The house was clean, well prepared. Sasha took me to the store for my first shopping, gave me wine and delicious cookies to the children. Bikes were important to us and he arranged them for us in the amount we needed. He told me which route is better to take for a bike trip to Old Bar and to the Old Olive. We were pleased to meet Sasha's family, they are all bright friendly people. Sasha's sister brought us fresh figs, Sasha offered us to treat us with grapes that grow on the terrace. Sasha gave us an unforgettable adventure trip to a secluded bay and prepared a magical dinner with fish for us. We had a wonderful stay at Sasha's house and would love to come back. Thank you, Sasha!!!

Antonela’s place is very modern, beautifully decorated and full of light space. It is in an older mid century town centre in the building with authentic retro feel. It is close to cafes , restaurants, entertainment and nice beach. Antonela is easy to communicate to, very responsive and always ready to help. I had very pleasant stay and was sad to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Our stay with Branka was simply beautiful! Branka is the sweetest Host we ever had, she always made us feel very welcomed and helped us with whatever we needed. The Apartment itself was small but charming. Even though it is clearly very old and run down we felt very comfortable. Our biggest highlight was the beautiful beach that is 10 minutes walking from the Apartment, for us it was so much nicer than being on the main beach of Dobra Voda and easier to reach from our place. All in all we recommend the apartment and everything that includes the stay at Brankas beautiful House. (Delicious ice cream and bakery surprises, seasonal fruits from the trees of the garden and a host that makes you feel like a friend.) We hope to have the chance to come back some day!

Nemanja was super helpful and responsive with check in and advice i asked about travel arrangements, he went above and beyond to help me. The apartment makes it really easy to get anywhere - beach, shops, town, train. Definitely recommend!

But what truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled view of the city. Waking up to such a breathtaking panorama every morning was a treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

There are many markets nearby. There is a fast food shop. There is a coastal path for nice walks. The sea is only 3-4 minutes away. A very successful business. They should definitely get the value they deserve. There is everything you need. Air conditioning, kitchen equipment, a clean shower. A nice terrace. Have a nice holiday everyone

We had a wonderful time at the property. Ana's father was always very helpful, nice and gave us lots of good recommendations on what to do in Bar and the surrounding area! A big recommendation is the waterfalls which are only a short walk from the property. The property is very well accessible by train and the walk to the beach is not far. The rooms were clean and cozy, an air conditioner and washing machine were also available. All in all, a recommended accommodation. The price/performance is also very good

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Diar was a gteat host and the rrom was excellent

The apartment is quite small and appropriately furnished. There are no living rooms or a couch. But that was visible in the photos and clear to us. Life plays outside, the outside area is wonderful. The dining table outside is nicely shaded and there is a second, higher terrace with lounge furniture and views far to the sea. The pool is right outside the door, what a luxury, we enjoyed it very much. The owners are more than helpful and sweet. We will be happy to come back.

Really very cool place with a sensational view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped with the essentials. All in all, a clear recommendation for people traveling by car in Montenegro.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

We had apartment on ground floor, above the restaurant. We have got a wonderful view over the quay. The apartment has spacious living rook combined with the kitchen. Living room has ~100" TV set We stayed with a kid of 8 and two cats. Everything went well, have no complaints. All our requests were fulfilled. Three bedrooms two of which are equipped with a dedicated bathroom. There's one common bathroom in the apartment. Kitchen is connected with a terrace which has sunbeds and a table. Terrace is large enough to do yoga and walk. One of the bedrooms is located in a separate small tower with huge windows through which you can observe the changing views of the sea. Pretty cosy! Apartment if full of different items. Decoration seems interesting and unusual. Hosts are living in the same building, but we had a separate entrance. There's a cosy beach down the hill with a small restaurant. Place it super quite. No crowds of people. The beach felt private. It's pebble beach.

Great location and a great place to stay.

The access is spectacular and only for experienced drivers. First of all, it makes a high-quality impression. Upon closer inspection, you can see many cheap materials. The doors and walls are foil-wrapped and this is peeling off, for example, on the lower door frame of the bathroom. The fitting accuracy of cabinet doors, etc. also leaves room for improvement. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. Few dishes and cutlery and neither toaster nor coffee machine. The volume from the neighboring apartments is unobtrusive, but if cooking is done next door, the smell is transferred to your own apartment. Great views and swimming in the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea are a great advantage of the complex, in addition to the cleanliness. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. The selection of bread, cheese and cold cuts is very small, but every day we were surprised with many creations of roasted, baked and salads. Great praise to the staff: very nice, attentive and accommodating.
