Farmhouse at Frøynes

På gården bor dere i en hytte. Det er opprinnelig et stabbur fra 1775, med påbygg fra 1986. Perfekt sted for både tur og avslapning. Nydelig utsikt ut mot fjord og fjell. Stille og rolige omgivelser. På Frøynes er det turmuligheter rett utenfor døren. På Lofthus lokale turer som Kråkestien, Nosi, Dronningstien og med kort kjøreavstand når du kjente Oksen og Trolltunga. På Lofthus er det flere spisesteder: Ekspedisjonen pub, Gjestheimen, Fløy bakeri og nærbutikken Bunnpris i sentrum.

Velkommen til Tungeteingen Villglamp! Et par minutters gange, over bakkane og den fine broen over elva fra vertenes hus, dukker det opp et magisk sted inne i skogen. Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. Set among orchards, cideries, mountains and fjords, it’s a perfect base for hikes like Trolltunga and Dronningstien, nearby waterfalls, fresh fruit in season, and even kayaking or SUP on the fjord. Or simply relax and enjoy the view.

It is located just 17KM from Skjeggedal where the hike to Trolltunga officially starts! The farm is located in Ullensvang municipality: which is 170km from Bergen, 148 km from Haugesund, and 11km from Tyssedal. The farm is located in a peaceful and quite area with panoramic view of one of Norway’s largest fjords, mountains and glaciers. In addition to being a close neighbor of Trolltunga and Dronningstien, we’re surrounded by two national parks: Folgefonna and Hardangervidda.

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .
