Kattåkra Guesthouse was completed in June 2024. It is a detached building in a courtyard environment that consists of kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with their own double bed, 160 cm wide. The kitchen is fully equipped. A patio in a western location is available, in summer there is outdoor furniture and barbecue. Only a few minutes away is SkiBikeHike with bike trails in spring, summer and fall. In winter, it is an alpine facility for the whole family. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

In the nearby area, there are many hiking trails. Within about 10 km, you will find ski slopes with both downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails. Explore the city of Ulricehamn and its beautiful surroundings by Lake Åsunden. In Ulricehamn, you will find shopping, restaurants, swimming areas and the outdoor area Lassalyckan. The accommodation is smoke and pet free.

The proximity to nature gives you the opportunity to unwind and also the opportunity for walks and fishing. In winter there are opportunities for skiing. There are two slalom slopes nearby and cross-country skiing is also possible. We have a good internet connection via fibre if you want to work while you are here.

Huset är på 90 kvm fördelat på två plan. På första våning finns ett fullutrustat kök, matsal, hall, badrum med dusch, groventre med tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett sovrum med två ställbara enkelsängar. På övre plan finns ett stort allrum med en härlig takhöjd som är öppet upp till nock, en stor soffgrupp, ett skrivbord, ett matbord och tre enkelsängar. I allrummet finns det plats för de fyra extrasängarna som lämpar sig bäst för barn. På andra plan finns ett sovrum och en garderob.

A spacious newly renovated basement apartment of 85m2 in a villa with plenty of room for 6 people with its own Jacuzzi and entrance at the back of the house in a very quiet villa area. Ulricehamn is truly a mecca for sports lovers. Our villa is centrally located with close proximity to most things. Light a fire and unwind, play a game of chess while the pot is simmering. In the summer, you can sit on the patio and you have a large gas grill.

Two minutes' walk to our cozy pedestrian street and five minutes by car to the cross-country ski slopes at Lassalyckan and the slalom slopes in Ski Bike Hike. The apartment is about 110 m2 and has one bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and one bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and two 80 cm single beds. Bed linens and towels are not included.
