Una casa bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, con tanto spazio, sia all'interno che all'esterno, immersa nella natura. I proprietari erano molto cordiali e felici di rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. È un luogo rilassante, un vero regalo

Wir haben uns in diesem charmanten und ruhig gelegenen Haus mit dem herrlichen Blick auf Olivenbäume und See von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist idyllisch, die Ausstattung durchdacht und komfortabel. Die Atmosphäre hat bei uns ein Gefühl von Rückzug und Entschleunigung ausgelöst – fast wie in einer Berghütte: geborgen, entspannt und willkommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Victoria und Samira für die stets aufmerksame und liebevolle Betreuung!

Nous avons passé deux semaines chez Rolando et Patrizia avec nos deux enfants d’un an et trois ans. L’endroit est absolument magnifique avec une vue sublime. Ils ont eu beaucoup de petites attention pour nos enfants tout au long du séjour. C’était toujours un plaisir de discuter avec eux. Arrangeants, très prévenants. Les enfants étaient toujours contents de les voir. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle est très agréable et facile à vivre. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus. Et à nouveau les vues nous ont comblés tout au long de notre séjour.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich magisch! Natürlich ist das Ambiente wundervoll, dort ist es sehr ruhig und bis nach Montone zu den Restaurants läuft man ca 20 Minuten, aber wir wollten es genau so! Der Pool, die Aussicht - wirklich alles war fantastisch! Und ganz herauszuheben sind einfach unsere tollen Gastgeber! Sie waren immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Gegend gegeben und sogar eine Trüffelwanderung für uns organisiert und übersetzt! Wir sind unfassbar dankbar, dass wir in diesem Juwel unterkommen durften und diese wundervolle und liebe Familie kennenlernen durften! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here, the breakfast is delicious, and the host Renata is very friendly and helpful and gave us good recommendations. The room was very clean too. I recommend to use the pool and the free bike rentals at this property which we unfortunately couldn't due to running out of time (visited so many cities/places around this area and always came back late at night) which I regret now. Tip: on Google Maps, the address will take you to the correct street but the airbnb home is on your left side and not the right side as Google Maps says (after you turn left into the alley of the final destination pin). Drive down a bit further and there should be a gate on your left side to enter the parking area.

Un bell'alloggio in posizione strategica per visitare L'Aquila, il parco del Gran Sasso e altre destinazioni. Gli interni sono spaziosi e confortevoli. Raccomandato!

Daniela è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile oltre ad essere un host serio e professionale. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona che sono davvero tante. Una particolare segnalazione va fatta all'area esterna, molto ben attrezzata e ideale per un riposino pomeridiano al ritorno dalle visite. Vorremmo nuovamente ringraziare Daniela per la squisita ospitalità nella speranza di poter tornare presto a visitare questi splendidi luoghi.

Giuseppina heeft haar geboortehuis typisch in Umbro stijl geweldig gerenoveerd. Er zijn verschillende opties, variërend van het aantal gasten dat wensen te reserveren. Wij hadden zelf het zogeheten podere il limonaia geboekt. Perfect voor een koppel. Alles was aanwezig en toen ze hoorde dat onze kinderen kwamen om te barbecuen, stonden er in de tuin opeens nog meer stoelen, tafels en zelfs een lang tafellaken klaar. Zo werd het een gezellige bbq. De tuin en het grasveld is goed onderhouden met rozen, lavendel, rozemarijn, geurende jasmijn, olijfbomen en een notenboom. Het afval wordt netjes gescheiden een dmv een code gaat de poort open. Een priveparking binnen het domein verzekert u van een veilige plek. Te voet of met de beschikbare fietsen kan men naar het vissersdorpje San Feliciano. Daar zijn verscheidene restaurants en als aanrader om 's-morgens te ontbijten of later te aperatieven aan het meer en tussen de Italianen is : el chiosco. De zonsondergang is fantastisch

We stayed 2 nights in Assisi at Agnese’s wonderful B&B. We have a home near Perugia and sometimes do a few days away in Assisi. We have been to other B&Bs and hotels in the area, but none really worked as well for us as Agnese’s. She was very cordial and helpful. At one point, my phone had slipped from my pocket. When we returned to the apartment, it was carefully placed in front of our door. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The little balcony was perfect for an evening glass of wine and snack. We will be returning in about a month!

"L'angolo nel bosco" è un angolo di paradiso. Alle pendici del complesso dei Monti Sibillini, è la scelta perfetta per chi ama la tranquillità assoluta e stare in natura poiché tutto intorno vi è un bellissimo bosco. La casetta ha tutti i comfort, davvero non manca proprio nulla; dalla cucina al bagno, troverete tutto ciò che può servire, arredata con gusto è stata per me, il mio fidanzato e la nostra cagnolina l'alloggio ideale per le nostre vacanze. Accogliente, riscaldata, pulita, ordinata sono gli aggettivi che ci sono venuti in mente quando siamo arrivati. Ringraziamo per l'accoglienza: host disponibile, simpatica, gentile si è sempre offerta di darci consigli su cose da fare e dove poterci rilassare. Ringraziamo anche Marco che si è offerto di aiutarci a visitare la zona. Consigliamo davvero questo posto, è stato davvero un peccato dover andare via! Grazie di tutto.

Ornella super host, sempre gentile e premurosa, pronta a venire incontro a tutte le esigenze. Siamo andati in questo appartamento (perfetto per 4 come due coppie anche distinte che vogliono i loro spazi separati) e nonostante la ristrutturazione non fosse al 100% la casa è risultata estremamente accogliente.

Splendida villetta con una vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. Tranquilla e confortevole anche durante i giorni lavorativi, splendido giardino ampio e facilmente fruibile con magnifiche piante! I contatti con i proprietari sono sempre stati rapidissimi e cortesi, pronti a soddisfare ogni dubbio o necessità. Ottima vacanza!

Loris persona ottima luogo incantato natura pura volpe e altri animali nella notte insomma magnifico posto e host. Aggiungo anche la cortesia di quello che ti fanno trovare oli sale fette biscottate marmellate saponi biancheria letto perfette. Grazie Loris e a presto

Location invidiabile, ottima accoglienza, servizio e comfort, consiglio di puntare un po’ di più su prodotti e preparazioni locali per quanto riguarda la colazione (esclusa dal prezzo della location).

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.
