We offer an architect's studio as a private lodging. The building is decorated with architectural models of past works, many of which are actually built private residences.Please enjoy "one in the world, not for anyone, as an art house for only" you ". Also, please do not touch the architectural model. Please pay close attention, especially when bringing small children. The facility is located in the center of Moritani City, a 7-minute bus ride (1 section) from TX Moritani Station and a 1-minute walk from the bus stop. (* Moriya Station: 30 minutes by rapid from TX Akihabara Station) There is a shopping mall (Acros Mall) 1 minute walk from the facility, so it is very convenient for dining and shopping. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Ikebukuro station, yet you can have a relaxing stay. Even though it was my first time there, it felt nostalgic, and the friendly people in the shopping district made me feel like a local for the day. Located on the 2nd floor of the popular cafe, MIAMIA, at the entrance of the shopping street, a 2-minute walk from Higashi-Nagasaki Station, it is a private rental for an entire floor. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces. Please have a relaxing time at this inn where you can feel the buzz of the city. Also, it is about 15 minutes to Shinjuku and about 30 minutes to Tokyo Station and Ginza Station, making it an ideal base for travel.
