A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Just 25 minutes away from the city of Durban, this quiet spot makes for the ideal holiday or business stay. Please note: We do not permit parties on the property. This one bedroom family unit has a separate bedroom and living area for comfortable living, working and sleeping with an additional sofa couch for two young children or 1 adult. It also offers a garden view with a small outdoor patio to suck up the sun, enjoy a braai. Our guests say it is value for money with our superior finishes and impressive attention to detail including SOLAR and A/C. Located in Umkomaas, guests enjoy their stay here to deep-sea dive, play golf, work or fun.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.
