MacLeod House Guest Cottage is a self-contained stone cottage nestled on the edge of the Krantzkloof Nature Reserve. The open plan accommodation is decorated in an Edwardian style but with all the modern conveniences you might require. The cottage overlooks the magnificent Krantzkloof gorge. There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. Yellowwoods Farm- Midlands/ Balgowan/ Curry’s Post

Built in 1896, this is one of the original Natal Midlands farmhouses, made from traditional blue cut stone, yellowwood floorboards and wrap around verandah. The house is surrounded by an established garden and is a truly unique family-friendly home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite). The Pool Cottage next to the house can also be booked as an additional/5th bedroom if needed. Guest WC, sitting room, dining room, wrap around verandah, TV room. Full DSTV, WiFi and swimming pool.

Next to Makaranga (currently closed), the unit has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kitchen area has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, induction cooker, air fryer & microwave. Stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. Each of the rooms has a king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, so can sleep 4 people. One of the bedrooms has an aircon & the other a fan and heater. Deck has a bistro table & chairs as well as a daybed for relaxing. Off street parking for 1 car.

Easy access to main house with steps leading down from parking area. The owners reside discreetly in garden cottage behind property, ensuring assistance while respecting your privacy.
