Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Umpqua River

An absolute gem! This place has it all, gorgeous lakeside views, a big kitchen stocked with everything we needed, a boat house with the option of boat and kayak use, hot tub, pool, games, toys, fire pits, indoor and outdoor gathering locations, and everything you could want to make this your home away from home. We had such an amazing stay to celebrate my husband’s retirement and were able to host many family and friends from across several states in one location comfortably, allowing us to make so many great memories with multi-generations merging and sharing stories, food, and fun. There is something for everyone! Very clean, friendly and fast communication, clear directions to include access, check-in/out, and amenities. Wifi was strong even with many devices on it. 100% recommended!

Everything we would hope for in an Airbnb and more. Easy to park, get inside, clean, comfortable beds, spacious beautiful kitchen. The garage game room was amazing, our boys enjoyed the hot tub every evening. The little touches like a bottle of wine, the welcome sign in the kitchen were so appreciated. I was a little worried about the road noise but with the white noise makers, comfortable beds and linens we all slept very well.

The home was nice and clean. they really had anything we would need as far as amenities. The kids loved the pool table and backyard to play in. We were close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely book with Dwight again.

This is such an amazing home! It’s quiet and private. You can’t see any neighboring houses. The beach is very private as well. We felt like we had our own private tidepools just down the steps. Our three days there we never saw another person on the beach. We utilized the hot tub and the cliff side fire pit often. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Don’t use gps to find. It’s way off and there’s no cell service. Just watch the addresses on the mailboxes as you get closer. Also screenshot the address and code before, because you won’t be able to access them near the home. We would absolutely stay here again! It’s one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

We booked this place two years in advance for UO’s graduation and it was a perfect location! You are literally 8-15 min driving time of every place you would want to go in Eugene! It was nice having a dedicated driveway for parking! House was super cute and very cozy! Love all the windows and natural light! It can be a bit noisy at night with trains/trash trucks/cars just bc it’s off one of the main streets but it wasn’t terrible! There was 5 of us staying here-beds were super comfy! Only suggestion would be more comfortable seating in the living room-found ourselves having to sit around the dining table a lot-maybe some chair pads? I used my airplane seating pad on the chairs for myself and it worked great lol!

Our Second time staying at this house and it’s always well kept, clean and convenient to the surrounding area. The neighborhood is fun with a lot of great hidden places to eat and shop and a quick drive to a from the U of O campus. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and wonderful space to spend some relaxing time. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. Beautiful beach and amazing views make it an ideal spot to enjoy the Oregon coast.

Perfect getaway for us. Private and peaceful with an amazing view!

The home and views are breathtaking. We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my son’s graduation, and were provided a peaceful retreat from them hustle of Eugene. Ange & Michael were proactive in reaching out, and the home was filled with amenities and creature comforts to enjoy. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and felt like “home” after long days exploring the Pacific Northwest. I highly recommend a stay, and would love to come back! The pictures gave us incredible insight, but nothing can compare to seeing the detail in person. You can tell a lot of work went into making this home a destination visit! My mom immediately jumped online and purchased all of the cleaning products and personal care products supplied because we just loved everything so much. Thank you, Ange & Michael, for sharing your slice of paradise with us for such an important time in our lives!

We loved this place. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. It had lots of room for our entire family to relax in. Even though close to HWY 101 it was very quiet, located on a more peaceful and beautiful part of the Oregon Coast. We would stay here again.

My wife’s and I anniversary stay was amazing! The cabin is super private and spacious. The hot tub over looking the river was great! James communicated very well and even described how to find a swimming hole and jump rock that was up the river. We stayed there on the beach for most of Saturday. We are hoping to stay here every year!

Lauren’s place is beautiful and in a beautiful location. So easy to walk into the town or to the beach on the estuary. Yachats is one of our favourite towns on the coast and Lauren’s is now one of our favourite places to stay.
