Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ümraniye

✨We are really happy to have chosen this accommodation for our trip. It was fantastic! The house was very clean. There was even an intelligent robot vacuum cleaner that drove through the apartment. If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

Samet was a superhost! He was friendly and helpful, offering great food recommendations in different areas of the city. The apartment's location is ideal for getting to all the major attractions in the city, including ferries to other parts of the city. We had a wonderful time - great city and great apartment.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. The house is stunningly beautiful, and the view is simply breathtaking - it's like having a piece of Istanbul right in front of me. The location is perfect, with tons of local restaurants serving delicious food, and the vibrant atmosphere of the city is palpable. What really stood out, however, was the treatment and response from the host Cordo and Team . As a fellow host, I appreciate the effort and care they put into ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We had an amazing stay here! The views were absolutely stunning—even better than the photos. The location is perfect, close to everything near Baghdad St with easy access to ferries and a ton of local spots. And the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Mr. Ahmet was very interested in our arrival and departure and was very helpful. He also helped a lot with recommendations about the area and the park. The view of the place was as beautiful as in the photo and it was very clean, including the places inside

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

The house is wonderfully beautiful, you need to do your shopping before you come. The dirt road before you get home might scare you, but it's a short one. The house is spotless, from the barbecue area to the pool. It's a safe and beautiful place to stay. We had trouble with the market, we built a road 15 km closer for the butcher. Apart from that, everything was very nice

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.
