Picture perfect! Newly updated accommodations with all the comforts of home. Extremely clean and very well managed. The view from this place is incredible. The perfect oasis in Montauk. Khrisna was extremely responsive and accommodating in our needs. Will definitely be back again!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

Angela's place was perfect. As a central hub for my son (5) and I, on our first trip to Montauk, the location could not have been better. Her condo was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. We spent most of our time on the beach, and being directly across the street from an access point was ideal. The only drawback is that now my son wants us to live in Montuak...

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. in part of Anne's beautiful 19th century mansion. The Unit was the perfect size for my husband and me, and our 2 cats. Anne is an amazing host. She not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to fun activities, restaurants, museums, and sailing lessons in the area. Anne was easy to reach out to, and always responsive to our needs. Anne takes great pride in airbnb hosting, and has wonderful stories about local history and attractions. We definitely intend to come back for another stay with Anne in one of her apartments next Summer.

There are not words to describe how helpful Brian was. He is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He always answered any questions or concerns I had about the apartment. The apartment is a must see. Its in a peaceful neighborhood. It is safe and secure. Great local restaurants--shopping malls and shopping centers. I stayed there for 11 days and was so sad because I wanted to extend but he was fully booked for the rest of June. My slowness in extending was someone elses gain because the apartment is "GREAT" I recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the downtown Hartford area.

Excellent place to stay! This was my second visit, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The room in the upper floor is the best as you avoid unwanted noises (traffic, other people walking). They are also implementing a new system for the washer/dryer that allows you to pay with your cellphone, making it much easier to pay now. They are usually quick to answer and helpful. I recommend this place for sure.

Great deal on Block Island, one of the cheaper options yet the kitchen was nice and the interior felt well updated despite being in a older building. Not everything was perfect, and like many buildings on the island you can see the weather has taken its toll, but the pricing reflects the quality extremely well. The location is excellent, close to the ferry and easy to locate, quiet neighbors, but close to a few great places to eat, including the post office breakfast place which we loved. just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The condo was clean, cozy, and close to tons of great activities. The pre-arrival instructions were super helpful, check-in was seamless, and access to the clubhouse was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!! Beautiful home, clean, had everything we needed. Quiet place as well!! Only thing the heated outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay, but everything else was perfect! Will definitely be staying again!!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We stayed at Taylor's place because of the proximity to Mohegan Sun! What we got was an adorable space in a beautiful neighborhood that was super close to the concert venue! It truly is a nice neighborhood! It was peaceful with beautiful water views and fountains! Everything in the house was nice and clean! It was awesome that there were little snacks and water! Such a nice touch! It was super easy to get into the villa, easy to lock and just a great spot! Keyless..perfect! Thank you, Taylor! We will return if you'll have us again!

Great place and host! Very clean and 5 mins (or less) from Mohegan Sun. The location was perfect and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony while watching the ducks in the koa pond and saw deer grazing close by. Great place for a little getaway!
