Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

St Olavsleden passes outside the cottage. The cottage is located on a villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre, which is 12 km away. The cabin is 400 meters from Undersåker train station (there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

Duvets, pillows are included but bedding and towels must be brought!

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

In this cottage, you can either live well on your own, 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The loft bed is 140 cm wide, sofa bed 2x80 cm is in the living room. The cottage is located in Undersåker in a small residential area and with 10 km to Åre and southern Årefjällen, there are plenty of activities. It is within walking distance to Ica and the train station. Outside the house, there is storage for ski equipment and a private parking space with engine heater. The price includes bed linens, towels and cleaning.

Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

Huset ligger enskilt men ändå mitt i Undersåker, på stor tomt i direkt anslutning till skogen där det finns strövstigar, motionsspår (sommartid) och långa pulkabackar. Vidsträckt utsikt mot Trillevallen/Välliste. Golvvärme i alla rum och gratis wifi. OBS: Under påsken (2-7 april) hyr vi bara ut 5 sammanhängande nätter.

Med ett fantastiskt läge i Åre Sadeln, med ski in/ski out till Åres hela skidsystem. Här har du även gångavstånd till längdspåren samt Björnens centrum med service såsom restauranger, butiker och skiduthyrning. Gångavstånd till Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus där möjligheter till ridning finns.
