We do live upstairs, you are renting a walkin basement, and have use of outdoor spaces.

The 1920s Farmhouse on 10 wooded acres on Willoughby Run directly across the street from the Herbst Woods where the first day's infantry battle occurred on July 1st, 1863. It is hard to get much closer, with less than a 2 minute drive to the battlefield and a 4 minute drive to historic downtown Gettysburg. On our property you will encounter our ducks, geese, chickens, Friday the cat, 2 goats and 2 friendly farm dogs

Plenty of books to read, miniature donkeys to watch playing with their border collie pal and on a clear night - see some awesome stars!
