We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking this location again!

This past weekend, my husband and I, brought our family and kids down from NY to visit. Not only was the house amazing and suited everyone perfectly for our activities, but Michelle and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible stay. From the pool, to the views outdoors, we even saw a family of deer hanging around on the property and the kids loved it, the house was breath taking and so much to do. We will absolutely book here in the future and recommend this property to all future renters.

Our stay at Joes was perfect, back yard was beautiful, beds were comfy and in a beautiful neighborhood. We did have a few hiccups that were completely out of the hosts control and they were so quick to get on the issues and great with communication! Thanks so much and we’ll be back again!

This was our first experience at an Airbnb. The host was very responsive, the house was clean, and the backyard with the pool was absolutely relaxing and amazing. This will be our location of choice when we return to Charlotte to visit family.

Beautiful large home in quiet neighborhood. Was able to take some early morning walks and encountered several deer & an owl. All the amenities of home are available. Beds are comfortable & house was very clean. Joy is very responsive & helpful. My family enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay while in the Charlotte, NC area.

My family and I loved our stay at Erin's place. The house was nice and had a big fenced in backyard which was great for our dog. Erin was very responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The area is great and just a few minutes down the street from downtown Matthews. I highly recommend Erin's home to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

Edward was one of the best host experiences we’ve ever had! The house was so cozy, well stocked, and in a great area with a super private feel, especially in the backyard. Such a great experience!

I wish this was my house! The moment we walked in the front door it felt like our house. Everything was clean, laid out well, even all the little nooks and crannies that some airbnbs miss when they clean were clean. For our kids, the pool was perfect, the backyard and play room kept them busy for hours. Location was great for access to Target and a grocery store, as well as quick and easy for food delivery from a bunch of restaurants. Other random things: all the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (we made breakfast and lunch most everyday) , and the screen room was great for mid day relaxing. If I ever come to Charlotte again with my family, we would for sure stay here again, as well as recommend it to anyone we know how might be coming to the area.

Ammie’s place was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully well equipped. It was a wonderful overnight visit and would be great for an extended stay. He also offered us early check-in if we were in the area. We would definitely return.

Super spacious and clean. Very nice neighborhood. It is on the main road but none of us had issues with the noise. Close to all the stores, restaurants and bars you could need/want. Downtown Matthews is such a cute place. About a half hour from the airport and downtown Charlotte. The back patio was amazing, that is where we spent a majority of our time watching TV and hanging out. We loved the fenced in yard, and it does have wire fencing over it so your pets can’t get out. There was not a grill but we purchased a cheap charcoal grill to use. The house had all the dishes you could need. The lighting in the kitchen is pretty dim but during the day all the natural light comes in, nighttime is when it’s most noticeable. I highly recommend booking this house, we really enjoyed our stay and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The host was very responsive and the Airbnb is in a fantastic area. I've been lucky to have great Airbnb accomodations and hosts in the past. Nivedita may possibly be the best host I've experienced.

Highly recommend this location and townhouse. Please remember there are lots of stairs in case you have knee or hip problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed! The location was perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from everything I needed to do. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Nice and quaint. Owners of the airbnb are very friendly, always willing to help, and welcoming. Property is very beautiful and well kept. We went fishing in the pond and caught a bunch of fish (catch and release) throughout our time. Main stores are about 20-30 minute drive but theirs a dollar general about 3 minutes down the road. Lots to do in the area if needed. Good getaway to relax, and break contact from the world for a bit. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, focus on family, and enjoy nature. Bunch of different hiking trails in the area and the city of Charlotte for everything it offers.

Loved this house. We felt right at home. House was super clean and the neighborhood was fantastic. It was very quiet at night and less than 10 minutes away from Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews. We rented this house for a lacrosse tournament, and we will definitely be back next year.

My family and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was said that if we ever come back to this area, we would love to stay there again. Everything was above and beyond what I expected. The owners did a great job of making us feel very comfortable, the house was spectacular, the accommodations were fantastic, location was great. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Was a great location, quiet and peaceful. Proximity to shops in driving distance.

If you are going to be staying near Waxhaw, NC stop looking this is the place. My only complaint is the address takes you to the front door. And the access and parking is in the back. Chris may have put that in the instructions. But who reads the instructions until it is dar. I just wondered around and quickly figured it out. We got in later than expected. So we did not want to bother anyone so late. But me and my in-laws walked in and WOW. What a pleasant surprise to find a house so spacious. Easily could sleep more if needed.

What a wonderful place to stay! Ken was great, responsive and provided a comfy but spacious home for us to stay. Upon arrival my husband shouted down the hallway to me - 5 stars!

PERFECT place with a perfect ambiance of peace. All amenities and services were pristine and appreciated. Easy to find and big driveway. Plenty of games and activities were available. all big tvs in every room. All nice touches throughout the property.

Mary went above and beyond to make us feel at ease staying at her house. She was thoughtful, kind, accommodating and very responsive. We were in Charlotte for our grandson's graduation from high school. Her home is beautiful and peaceful. We were truly blessed!
