United Kingdom Adapted Holiday Rentals

We had a lovely 5 night stay here with 3 generations. The place suited all our needs from accessibility, to child friendly. Helen was responsive to our questions. I suspect we will be back again as it is such a peaceful location but close to everything you need. The walk to the beach was the perfect length for little legs.

Stunning apartment set in beautiful grounds with easy parking directly outside the door. Every room is beautifully furnished and the kitchen superb. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen/diner and the garden room so much we didn't actually use the living room on our stay! The walk into Torquay would be very strenuous, (especially the uphill return!) so would advise driving instead. Communication with Josh was excellent.

A really nice cottage in an absolutely stunning location. Easy to find and get into the property from the instructions sent through by Robert and Lin. Inside they'd left a list of local places to eat and other useful information about the local area. The rooms were all clean with towels and bedding provided and the kitchen had everything needed for any length of stay. About 5 minutes drive from Lochcarron where you can get food and fuel. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

Lois’s Airbnb was a truly wonderful place for my friends and me to reconnect and spend a few relaxing days together. From the moment we arrived, Lois was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is beautiful—nestled in serene natural surroundings, with friendly cats and cheerful chickens roaming around, adding a charming and heartwarming touch to the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Lois’s cottages if you’re visiting Wales. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful countryside!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was adorable. Graham and Sharon were there for any questions we had and left us some tasty scones for our arrival. We would definitely stay again.

lovely, clean and tidy convenient space close to our destination, we didn't get to spend as much time there as we would have liked due to transport delays, but had everything we needed, easy communication and instructions, would definitely stay again for another concert.

Very friendly,lovely welcome pack in the shape of fresh home baked bread, butter, perfect eggs. The most peaceful place,,,, Friendly, helpful hosts. Surrounded by wonderful flora and fauna. Looking forward to a return visit.

Another fantastic stay at The Salt Shack! We absolutely love it there, each visit has been consistently successful, the house has been beautiful and clean with great things for kids to do. We struggled to leave as my 3 year old announced she “wanted to live here forever” and wouldn’t get in the car! It really is a fabulous place to stay and has plenty to do in the local area, the beach is an easy walk and Chichester is a short drive away. Highly recommend The Salt Shack! We’ll definitely be back again! ☺️

We booked this for a special birthday for 3 generations of the family The house was beyond our expectations! So well equipped and very clean The views were absolutely amazing Our 3 grandsons loved it and especially the visit to feed the animals and were very excited to collect the eggs Samantha was a fabulous host and we would fully recommend her house and we would love to return again
