We had a fantastic few days in Cornwall visiting friends. Pat and Tony’s place is lovely and in a very quiet spot. The owners were very flexible with check-in and check-out rules. There was even some homemade jam and bread for our breakfast. Tony was very welcoming. We would return any time. The place is tucked away and not very easy to find, but the instructions were clear. Using the “What3Words” app would have made it even easier. I did add the place to my favourites in the app in order to find my way back in the dark.

Our stay at the School House was absolutely fantastic! The house is incredibly cozy, spotless, and full of charm. John is, without a doubt, the kindest, friendliest, and most helpful host we've ever met. To our surprise, he even provided breakfast at no extra cost — something we didn’t expect from an Airbnb stay. We felt truly welcome and cared for. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!

Very quiet surrounds & so walkable into town. All amenities as described. Lovely & hospitable hosts. Would recommend.

Susie is a great host and was so helpful to us with check in. The guest house is very peaceful, lovely quiet situation at end of private drive. Guest house has all that you need for a stay. Comfortable bed and we slept really well both nights. Can recommend The Deers Hut pub for better than average pub food about a mile away. Thanks very much and if we have another event to attend in the area we'll be back!

Molly and Dean's s place was just perfect for my daughter and I - a beautiful, comfortable "home from home" place! We had everything we needed and the place was filled with lovely thoughtful items that we both really appreciated. The kitchen had all the necessities and the addition of tea/coffee/milk/bread/butter/jam/hot chocolate felt like a very lovely gesture. The location was just what I hoped for and we had a great time! We will definitely be back to the Hill View! Thank you very much, Molly and Dean!

Graham and Natasha have truly outdone themselves with this stay, you will feel instantly like you are returning to long time friends in a cosy home. High recommend on the salmon dish for breakfast, and make sure if you have any questions about the area that you ask G&N as they'll be able to provide some great history, but also advice on what to do and what to skip. We had the most amazing stay, and feel we have made friends for life. if you get the chance, I cannot recommend this stay enough. Beautiful home full of beautiful peoole! I'll be back!

We stayed at Lee’s place for 2 nights and absolutely loved our stay, the views looking out to the sea was amazing and location of the apartment was perfect for getting around. Lee was a brilliant host and gave lots of insight on places to go or visit, and was really helpful throughout the stay and very responsive. It’s the kind of place you will want to come back to again!

This apartment was wonderful. It was well located, clean, and well stocked. Restaurants were within convenient walking distance. All in all we loved Veronique’s place.

We echo all the reviews that have given Nel’s place 5 stars! We were on a tight schedule of visits around the country, but both agreed we’d would’ve happily stayed longer and just enjoyed the cosy accommodation and peaceful surroundings. We’re thinking of downsizing our family home and the design/layout of this delightful apartment gave us ideas for maximising a smaller space. Everything was spotless, the living room sofa and armchair were perfect for us, bed was super comfy, kitchen has everything needed and the whole place was light and airy. Really lovely secluded spot, it isn't the easiest place to find but Helen's extremely clear instructions made what would have been a tough find very easy! Both Helen and her husband were lovely, very friendly and the fresh bread and eggs were a delightful way to start our day! Would happily stay again in future!

This was our first air B and B booking and we were very impressed. Firstly Andrew kept us informed pre arrival and was there to greet us. We felt very much at home and able to reach him if needed which we didn’t. We were particularly impressed with how clean the lodge was and at the attention to detail matching crockery, everything we could need in the kitchen and coordinated cushions, bedding etc. The bathroom was in an immaculate condition and again matching towels and the added beauty products. We would definitely re visit and pass on to friends and family. Thank you to both of you for a very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely time at Sunset Lodge. Beautiful views and very peaceful location but easy access to Ely and surrounding areas. The interior was beautiful and very cosy & homely decor. Very clean and everything you needed for the stay. Lovely to have coffee, tea, sugar and milk / biscuits. Nice patio area overlooking the wheat fields. Ali was quick to reply to any questions we had. All in all we would return and would highly recommend to others.

We had a perfect stay in the bakery. Feeling very much at home, with all its charm and beautiful surroundings. Lucie and Phil are great hosts and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Thank you and we hope to be back in the near future.

Wayne and Melissa were fantastic. Very responsive, friendly, helpful, the place is fantastic, clean, tidy, all around perfect getaway place. Beautiful views and surroundings. The local pub offers great food and drink options and it’s within walking distance. Cabs to Bristol are easy to book and not overly expensive if you wanted to have a drink there. Parking space available and the car was safe and we didn’t worry about it when we were away from it. Was our first time booking an Airbnb so we hope we’re just as great to the place as it was to us! Would recommend any day.

Absolutely perfect. Loved our stay in the Spinney & looking forward to returning . Falling asleep listening to the River outside after a day revisiting my previous Lakes life was just so lovely . Thanks so very much for everything & sharing your piece of heaven .

The place was beautiful very relaxing with the hot tub and surroundings were very elegant and tranquil. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The fish pond is an added extra. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful escape. Highly recommended.

Vicky and Ben were fantastic hosts, extremely welcoming, and very responsive and helpful, while also giving me the space to enjoy their wonderful Studio in my own company. I spent a very comfortable week at the Studio and found it a fantastic base for the family history research I was doing in central Worcester and in the various villages around Suckley and more broadly in the Malvern Hills. The Studio is spotlessly clean, is extremely well layed out and has everything you could want or need, while being very homely and easy to live in. The Studio setting is also very peaceful and although my week in Worcester was quite full I enjoyed relaxing in the private outside spaces mornings/evenings and taking in the marvellous views. My only regret is not having time to take one of the several local walks Vicky had recommended, along with her great suggestions for local pubs/restaurants etc. I happily recommend Vicky and Ben as hosts and their wonderful Studio as a fantastic place to stay!

A beautiful place to stay, spotlessly clean, responsive friendly host, and everything you could possibly need for an amazing break away. Also very child friendly! We stayed with our 4 month old and the property had everything we needed!

We loved stayed at Claire's property. It was a nice annex with plenty of room and it was very private. We used the property as a base for visiting The South Downs and it was super easy access from this property to the destinations we wanted to see. There was so much more we wanted to see so we will definitely be back. The washing up facilities are in the bathroom and the kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine but please be aware there is no oven/stove. This is clearly shown on the pictures so there were no issues but it is something to be aware of if it wasn't spotted. Parking is off-road and to the left of the property as you go in. The only thing I would've liked is a blind on the kitchen window as I made myself jump a few times with my reflection. Maybe that's just me being easily spooked though! :) Thanks again Claire for the lovely stay at such short notice too.

My second time staying. Perfect location with easy access to Bodmin Moor and to Bodmin and Padstow/ coast. Beautiful garden with platform towards top of garden with fantastic view across the valley . Great for a cup of tea in the late afternoon watching the light change. Another big plus for me was the bird life just outside french doors of the annex where there is a small bird feed. You will see every kind of song bird including a lot of gold finches. Highly recommend. Sue and Clive are great hosts.
