Brad and Sarah were great hosts with great communication. Margaritaville was clean and friendly staff. Nice resort but there are definitely better.

Excellent condo on one of the best beaches. We had plenty of room (4 adults-one couple and two college age kids). The two bathrooms and washer/dryer were a huge plus. Convenient location to beach, restaurants, bar. Only downside was the seaweed on Sapphire. BUT we knew this could be an issue, we did our homework-not renters fault! We’ve been four times and this is the only time it’s been bad for a couple of days. Hopefully it clears soon-that beach is amazing! She was an excellent host and had outstanding communication. We would go back for sure!

This place was absolutely stunning and definitely lives up to the name Relaxing on the rocks. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. Very comfortable and had great amenities. Dionne was the absolute best host I’ve even interacted with, including being very proactive reaching out the day prior and helping relieve any possible anxiety for our first trip to the island. Would definitely look to rent this place again.

I had a fantastic stay at [Host’s Name]’s place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—[mention a specific perk like “close to downtown” or “in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood”]. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The amenities like [Wi-Fi, kitchen, parking, etc.] were top-notch and made the stay even more comfortable. Our New Winter Vacation Spot !! We had the best time & the condo was amazing !! So comfortable, beautiful views and the Best location. We left the resort a few times to go to Water Island & St John but couldn’t wait to get back to Sapphire beach area . Everyone we met were so nice & Carrie our Host was exceptional with helpful hints & all the little things that made our stay so comfortable. After the first couple of days there we were already planning our next trip . Will stay at this condo every time .

Amazing location and Renee was great with communication. The condo was just as described. Beach was 50ft from the back patio (I walked it to check!). Extra towels and stuff for the beach was great to have at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend renting from Renee again. Oh and easy parking every day :)

We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Brandon was always super responsive and proactive in his communications. Directions were very clear and easy to understand. The location of this unit within the resort complex was perfect—close to the pool and beach, parking was always available. The unit itself had literally everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home—very clean, furniture and fixtures in great shape, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The property and unit were exactly as pictured. If we come back to St. Thomas, this is where we would choose to stay again!

This is a fantastic condo with at a great location with everything you may need and it’s near Viejo San Juan and Condado. The Host Angel is very accommodating and responsive, I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The first thing I noticed was how impeccably clean everything was—It passed our dust test haha. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Roberto, likely the groundskeeper/maintenance person, was super helpful and willing to help with additional questions. Always willing to answer any questions at any time. The space itself was also incredibly cozy and well thought out. Thoughtful touches like soft lighting but adequate, quality towels, and fresh linen. We felt safe. Parking nearby was reasonably priced with 24hr in and out access. The local “noise” was super tolerable as the bars close by 1-2am by law. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay! Omar, your place is absolutely stunning and allowed us to tap into our Bori roots.

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. Great location, within walking distance of a lot of great local shops like Anita gelato and the San Sebastián road. The house is also cosy and is equipped with a lot of necessities. Maybe it’s just something I care about but the washer / dryer was a life saver

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place and exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment was super clean and everything was so well thought out and decorated. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves. There are a few local spots for food, but the kitchen was really well stocked and great for cooking at home. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to PR. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location and airbnb packed with anything you may need that is perfect for two people. The property has a large parking area, and is about a 7-8 minute drive to Magens Bay and close to truly anything you want to go see and explore on the island. Loved the amenities such as the pools, tennis court, the on-site bar/grill, and a great cafe right across. However, one minor suggestion: consider either upgrading the mirrors or adding a large wall-mounted mirror. The current mirrors are a bit small and cramped, they’re placed towards the corners of the wall, and make it a bit difficult to get ready in the bathroom. Nevertheless, the area is super peaceful and quiet, making us feel safe and relaxed. Plus, what really made our stay even more special were the cats roaming the property!

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Cliff Villas in Bologna Bay. The place was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic ocean view from the deck. There was an inviting private pool just steps away from the unit which we didn't get to take advantage of, but we did enjoy a sunset while lounging in the deck chairs. Rob was very responsive when we had questions and even reached out to check on us after a brief earthquake during the night. If there was one improvement I'd make it would be new pillows as the current ones were a bit flat, but that's an easy fix. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing time at Aubrey’s condo! It was everything we needed and more! The view was amazing and we could walk everywhere easily! The beach, restaurants and shops are just a quick and easy 5-10 minute walk down a hill! Taxis were super easy to get into the town too! It was a great location and we had so much fun! The condo was super clean and we felt right at home! Thank you so so much Aubrey! We will definitely be back :)

Great condo right on the beach with beautiful views! We had a great time. Lise is very responsive and had a ton of suggestions for food, groceries, transportation, etc. Everything was clean and in order. The condo was stocked well with plenty of cups, plates, utensils, etc….even bug spray and sunscreen. We will definitely vacation here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!

Stacey was a fabulous host and our stay was accommodating and clean! She made thoughtful recommendations to us upon our arrival of places to go which were helpful since it was our first time on the island. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Each room felt spacious and the balcony gave us beautiful sunrises to watch while we drank coffee in the morning. The pool is steps away from the front door which was also such another great convenience. Would highly recommend booking with Stacey!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Located within the gated golf community of Mahogany Run, we felt very safe and secure. The condo was extremely clean and the view and surroundings were just beautiful. The value for what we paid was great. It was just the two of us, but we could have easily shared the place with another couple. The way that the property is laid out provides plenty of privacy. We will absolutely consider staying here again upon our return to St Thomas. Covered parking is definitely a plus! Loved everything about this place! Thanks again to Megan our host who was very responsive and professional!

Great place! Much more peaceful than the other places we explored while we were in the USVI. We were always happy coming home to Xaverie’s place. The view was amazing and parking was easy. Lots to do nearby!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb is perched perfectly on the north side of the island, offering breathtaking views that honestly look like they were pulled straight from a postcard. The space itself was as pictured, well-appointed, and incredibly peaceful, but what really set this stay apart was our host, Beige. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, sharing local tips, answering questions quickly, beach toys, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re considering a trip to St. Thomas and want the perfect blend of serenity, views, and hospitality, I highly recommend this Airbnb.

If you're staying in St. Thomas, this place is a dream come true. It's in a great location, easy to find/access, and extremely private and peaceful. The host provided great instructions, resources, and local recommendations and made the overall experience very easy. You can tell they have plenty of experience hosting, because anything you will possibly need is in the space--including beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkels, which were very useful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the bed is super comfortable, and all the furniture (especially the patio) are great quality. The view from the house is absolutely stunning, and even the great photos don't do it justice. I can assure you that you will not be disappointed with this place. I've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's, and this might just be my all-time favorite. 10/10 stay! Also-- if you plan to visit St. John (recommend), this place is conveniently close to the Red Hook ferry departure.
