We have had a CONSTRUCTION SITE on the opposite block that has generated some annoying noises during the week, since they do NOT work on weekends, but the City Council has informed us that they will end on October 18, 2025. Well connected, a 5-minute walk from the Retiro and a 25-minute walk from the Salamanca neighborhood. Buses 3 minutes from home, Metro stop Pacific Line 1_Blue and 15 minutes Atocha station. Very close to Barrio Salamanca and Retiro Park.
