Beautiful home and felt super comfortable, I can’t wait to stay again. Definitely perfect for friends or just with your significant other. Driveway was very convenient and the house felt like your own home. The highway next to the house barely bothered us, so nothing to complain about. Overall we loved the home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It severed our purpose, we had a weeklong job in Trenton, It was a perfect place to spend the nights. Rashnisha was very helpful getting us situated on our first night.

This place is a home away from home most especially the manager he took care of all of our needs every time we needed him he is ready in no time

we stayed hear last year came back this it is a great location to the college of new Jersey. the host gets back to right away if any problems right away. the private park spot was a great help for me. I am disabled and the first floor apartment is a big help. I can not say anything bad about this place. I am looking for forward to coming back next year.

My partner and I had a great time at Daniel 's basement stay. The basement suite was clean and private. Very good location with a car to any part of the city. we also were very happy to meet his family...especially his dog, Jackie. We highly recommend this 1st tier city suburb with plenty to do. Comfortable stay, great host.

Great location, home and host!

We stayed here with a group of 15 and had an amazing time! The house is very clean, exactly like the photos, and even more spacious than we expected. Every room was just as described, and it never felt crowded, even with our large group. The host was super responsive and always replied quickly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place if you're traveling with a big group—it was perfect for us!

I booked a room last minute and arrived late in the evening, and Marina STILL made me and my partner feel welcome from the moment we arrived until checking out. She was very hospitable and the effort she put in to make our stay as comfortable as possible was palpable. The place is clean, the host is lovely, and it feels like home.

Perfect house for a kid free weekend in the city with my wife. The hot tub on the roof deck has an incredible view of the city skyline. The street is quiet in a good way, but around the corner to plenty of bars/restaurants. It’s is on one of those narrow south Philly streets, so if you aren’t use to driving on those, maybe park on tasked and walk there before you give that a shot. Jessica was a great host too, answered all our questions before we booked immediately, gave clear instructions and was available throughout our stay. The house itself was very nice, the bed was incredibly comfortable and so were the linens. We were quite happy with the price given the value, would definitely book here again next time.

I arrived at Anthony's house late. He and I spoke ahead of time to synchronize. He made arrangements for me to get into the house before he got home. Directions were very easy. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. I couldn't have found his place without GPS, being unfamiliar with New Jersey. Anthony's house is modest, very neat and quite elegant. The bedroom set aside was sufficient for my needs. The bed was firm and very comfortable. It was very quiet. On the night of my arrival, Anthony I spoke briefly. He helped me get a sense of direction as to late night grocery shopping. When I drove off in the wrong direction, he even called me on the cell to tell me to turn around and head the opposite way. That was very thoughtful. I kept a few items in his refrigerator but spent most of my time sightseeing and eating in local restaurants. It was restaurant week in his neighborhood. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. I had some difficulty figuring out how to operate the shower knob / hot water...but trial and error led to success. In general, the price for the room was extremely reasonable, the accommodations were sufficient, the Host was pleasant. My experience was good. 5 stars. I would definitely stay at Anthony's house again, as well as recommend him to my friends.
