This includes cleaning all high touch surfaces e.g. countertops, doorknobs, light switches,faucets, etc. The apartment has a separate dustless air system not shared. Large 1200 sq. foot apartment. The private entrance loft sleeps up to four, two queen-size beds. Light-filled high ceilings, tile bathroom, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Includes free WIFI, 55" Smart TV, AC and gas fireplace. Nice walk to U of O, or Downtown.

A path from my driveway takes you through the garden to your private entry, a south facing deck and french doors. The apartment has its own locked entrance, and keys to both doors . Please note that the space is accessible only by stairs and is not handicap accessible.

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.
