Great place for a tranquil visit! Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful home, well kept. Love the balcony in the back of the house, nice to sit outside with a morning cup of coffee!

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

Super cozy spot. Clean and organized. Cute signs for various things around the place. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Only thing to be aware of, which is in the listing, is that the floor above does creak as people move around and you can hear people walking around. There was earplugs provided if that is bothersome. Prompt and friendly responses! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and a very pretty spot. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and stocked well with amenities. I loved the little treat basket on the counter with some snacks. We were attending events at Hayward Field and found the walk there and back enjoyable. Just to note, it is an up hill walk back. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family if they are ever in the area and we look forward to our next stay there.

Amazingly comfortable bed, great kitchen. Everything you need, cute, quaint, close to all you need easy access to anywhere in Eugene or Springfield. Host is amazing! Great parking in the city.

Lovely, quiet, peaceful spot close to shops, bars, and UO campus. It has everything you need to recharge, rest, and relax while visiting for a conference. Will definitely look for it next year!

This was a perfect land spot for a mont assignment in Springfield. I really appreciated Ken’s communications and availability. The place is private and in a perfect neighborhood for walking. Loved my stay!

A super location for visiting our daughter at UO. The decor is unique, artistic, and a bit quirky. The music system is amazing, not like any other Airbnb where we’ve stayed. We felt so comfortable here that we already booked it again for our next visit

This property was great for us. We stayed for 6 nights. Only downside was road construction around the area but this was not in host's control. Bakery was fantastic. Inside, the unit was pristine. All new or renovated. Clean. Super-clean. Bed very comfortable (I am 6'2"). HVAC worked great. Easy parking on street, tight squeeze in the available single garage - small car would be fine. Kelly was respectful, quiet, and when I accidentally bumped into him on the property I had a nice chat with him. Excellent host! We will definitely re-book if we are in the area and need accommodations.

Yvonne's place was perfect for me. The price was outstanding and the apartment was just right. My schedule was complicated and Yvonne was fantastic to make sure all went smooth for me at check in. Definitely checking with her on my next visit to Eugene for another stay. Thank you Yvonne

Rochelle’s place is just the perfect Airbnb!! I wish we had more time to just stay and relax for the peace and quiet. T'awna and Daniel have created a special place, especially for those who are coming in to interact with the hospital in some form or fashion. The 5 minute walk to the hospital amongst beautiful trees and grass fields was always peaceful and transformative and it put me in a great space to show up for my loved ones. There is life and activity all around...kids playing, animals roaming, general farming occurring...but the studio feels very private and my moments of contemplation or rest, at any time of the day, were never disturbed. It is a small space, that is thoughtfully laid out, beautifully appointed, and big on heart. All that plus waking up to the sunrise and realizing there is a family of donkeys grazing nearby...well, that's the cherry on top :)

This Airbnb is a true gem in Eugene. Very close to the Hult Center and great restuarants. The hosts were fantastic and the place was just beautiful. Loved our time there.

I have traveled a lot. This place sits at the top of my AirBnb list. Everything was as mentioned. Clean, homey. Not enough words to describe. 10/10 would recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home away from home! Everything was just as shown/described in the listing, and all of the furnishings and decor were charming. The beds were wonderful for a great night's sleep, and this suite very comfortably fit our family of 5. There's also several lovely and private outdoor areas on the deck and in the garden with seating and tables to enjoy. It's in a fabulous location, very walkable to great restaurants and cafes, and it's nice to be able to park off the street. Catherine was great about communication and definitely cares a lot about making guests feel totally taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.
