The Gardener’s Cottage

The Gardener’s Cottage is a short drive away from I-64, UVA grounds, Scott Stadium, the downtown mall, and Wegmans. It is located in the Fry’s Springs Historic District. There are several restaurants on JPA within a reasonable walking distance. It is surrounded by flowers that attract hummingbirds, gold finches, and butterflies. The front porch has Adirondack chairs perfect for lazy evenings and morning coffee. The back yard has a small deck under oak trees and a patio next to a fern garden.

A cozy Milton Grigg designed cottage and detached carriage house three minutes walk to the Lawn and ten minutes walk to the Stadium. Nestled in a wooded neighborhood. Perfect for visiting parents, UVA chapel weddings, med student rotations, and football games. NOTE: The cottage sleeps five adults and the carriage house two adults. We are seven blocks from UVa campus/hospital, four blocks from the Downtown Mall and directly across from the Amtrak station. The free trolly stops are right outside your door along with many of Cville’s best reviewed and acclaimed restaurants. Join us and experience Cville from the inside out.

The Loft at Minor Mill - Private loft apartment.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).

Located in the heart of Charlottesville! This house is close to UVA grounds, the downtown mall, and Belmont. You will be just a few minutes from great restaurants, shops, bars/breweries, and music venues. You’ll have your own private studio apartment in the basement of my house with a separate entrance. Enjoy the king-size bed, a private bathroom and living room with a stocked coffee bar. I would love to share my hometown with you!
