The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer due to the basement. The main road in Linz Urfahr with many shops and public transport is very close. It is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours or activities on the Danube. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming.
