Newly renovated and renovated 2 bedroom basement apartment in the countryside. The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Our old farmhouse was lovingly restored in 2016. The room climate is pleasant, because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small town with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and tranquility. Children also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, which makes our accommodation ideal for home office with family. Nearest shops 4 km away.
