We loved staying here and having a place so close to local bars and restaurants! And the Air B&B itself was so lovely. We especially enjoyed the patio and sunset view! I’d highly recommend staying here!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

It was perfect for what I needed. If you are looking for a small cozy place for just you or for a couples vacation it’s perfect. Had a short walk to beach and is in a good location will definitely keep it in mind for future visits!

Rachelle's place is simply AMAZING! Spacious and clean with the most amazing view of the Gulf and beach from 21st floor. Very secure and clean. Secure parking A great restaurant/beach club house next door. Walmart 10 minutes drive. Two great pools at the property. Amazing walks along the beach for miles. Allen was quick to respond to questions! I was alone with my small dog and we loved it there!! It had everything we needed and some. Tons of things to do in the area and there were plenty towels and cookware available! I will definitely be returning with friends!! Thanks Allen!

We so enjoyed the beach home. We were right on the beach and next to the pool. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed meeting the other families there. It was a nice family spot. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Came here with my family. Its a nice place. The downstairs room is the best, and the back yard with the pool was a hit. I think maybe a cover on the outside would have been nicer to hide from sun,but the pool kept us cool. The games inside was cool. Me and my kids played for hrs. We couldn't get Xbox to work, wanted passwords but I never messaged him about problem, possibly could have been fix. Overall I would visit again. Nice place, quiet area. lots of beds

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in PCB- this home was perfect for our family. We loved the easy proximity to everything while still enjoying the quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The house was exactly as described and had more than enough room for our crew to spread out. It was clean, well stocked, and the beds were super comfy. The volleyball court was a favorite for our crew- helpful hint- when you hit the ball over the fence behind the house, check the guestbook for the neighbor's phone number, he's super nice! Ben was an amazing host, super welcoming, responsive and proactive- wanted to make sure everything was great for our stay. Thanks again!

Excelente!!! esta residencia es increíble, todo, absolutamente todo es impresionante, la casa es muy comoda y todo es prácticamente nuevo, la piscina maravillosa. los cuartos muy amplios y relajantes, muchas cosas por hacer cerca de la casa, la playa cerca... mis vacaciones fueron fantástica gracias a esta residencia! si tengo la oportunidad de volver ir a Panama City con toda mi familia, sin duda alguna este sería mi lugar de alojamiento... Crystal is very very responsive and very good at communicating she is was an awesome host! The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, it was very clean when we arrived, the beds are extremely comfortable! The rooms are bigger in person than they look on the pics to me, the back patio is so cute and she already has beach toys and chairs for you which is so handy. OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT CHOICE!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magnificent get away reset R&R ! Dan was super detailed attentive, quick to respond. Supplies well equipped! Unit very clean , welcoming and comfortable. Felt like home away from home from the relaxing full size balcony extremely comfortable lounge chair rockers to the kitchen, extremely clean bathroom and luxurious master. Host has wonderful full length dark-out sectioned panels covering windows to allow for full beauty of Gulf to be revealed during the day and full darkness peaceful rest/sleep in the evening! Very spacious clean relaxing and classic❤️ You will NOT regret staying at Dan’s penthouse and loved staying on the East side away from direct sounds of Pineapple Willys but could still see. Only one item to mention, sofa queen sleeper was uncomfortable and gave for hard nights sleep but the days washed it away thankfully. I only mention IF someone needs to open the sleeper and sleep on. Otherwise the master was extremely comfortable, restful luxurious just like home

Leesa was a wonderful host—very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The door lock was a bit tricky at first, but we figured it out quickly. The place was very clean and just as described in the listing. This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It was exactly as described and the hosts were very quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again! It was in a perfect location and only 1.5 hrs away from Destin which we visited twice during our stay.

Mimi was such a great host. we had a few mishaps and she was very gracious about it. we had lovely weather and we would definitely stay again. six stars
