Holiday rentals with a patio in Upper Hill, Kenyatta Hospital

We stayed at Ruth’s for a few days while traveling through Nairobi. The unit is really spacious, with large bedrooms, private bathrooms, high ceilings, balconies, great location and has a lot of amenities. It’s a great place for a no fuss stopover in Nairobi! Ruth was a great host as well. She was prompt with responses and really delivered a white glove, professional experience. One note is that housekeeping comes every morning to clean and wash. Ruth was also amenable to adjust the timing of this as we needed, as it was a bit early for us on one of our days. Otherwise, it was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the unit, but was also something we weren’t used to. We definitely book again!

Wonderful place in Westlands at the heart of Nairobi. Furnished and clean place that felt just like home. Trizah was very responsive and welcoming.

My partner and I had an amazing stay at Escada apartment. From the moment we booked, our host Hendrica was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had absolutely stunning views of Nairobi from the living room, and bedrooms. The rooftop restaurant was a definite highlight, great food, great ambiance and lovely staff. We didn’t get a chance to use the gym or pool this time, but we’re already planning to come back and take full advantage. Special mention to the cleaner as well, very kind, respectful and professional. Overall, this was one of the best places we’ve stayed at and we hundred percent recommend to anyone visiting Nairobi. Michelle’s home is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience of deep care, thoughtfulness, and spirit. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy of intention in every corner of the space, especially in the bookshelf, which honestly deserves its own review. As a writer and PhD student, that part alone was nourishing. And then there’s the meditation room. I’d never even imagined such a space in a home, let alone spent time journaling in one. Had an absolutely phenomenal stay, Whitney was extremely helpful and gave me all the instructions I needed whenever I asked. I also really appreciated the fact that the check out was at 11:30am it gave me a lot more flexibility than most other places do, so I didn't have to be in a rush in the morning. All in all, I would definitely recommend!

Very beautifully curated soace. Great big kitchen to cook and and lots of space to enjoy family time. All appliances are modern and easy to use. Outside settings available. Great yard space for kids to roam. the house was stacked with games and toys for the kids to play with. Extremely clean place with a nice aesthetics. My family and I throughly enjoyed this place. Created beautiful memories. Already made it a favourite.. Will definitely stay again when we return to Nairobi.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect place for a family Christmas, with not just relatives, but visiting Turkeys, Chickens, Dogs and even a giant tortoise. The Compound itself is stunning with some wonderful big old tree’s. Ann was a wonderful welcoming and helpful Housekeeper.

Nestled in the peaceful, leafy neighborhood of Karen, the property is full of charm and character—every detail from the rustic decor to the lush gardens gives the house a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly sets Amani House apart, though, is the hospitality. The staff were attentive and kind, going above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Russell, who was not only gracious and helpful throughout our visit, but even came to the rescue when our car wouldn’t start. He helped us jump it without hesitation—a small act that meant a lot and reflects the spirit of this special place. If you’re looking for a serene, beautifully designed spot with heart and soul, Amani House is it. We’ll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dianah’s place. It was a calm and lovely experience. What I appreciated most were the breathtaking morning views, the city skyline at night, the fully furnished kitchen, the well-equipped gym, the refreshing swimming pool, and the convenient walking paths nearby in the neighborhood. The apartment is also situated in a green, pleasant part of Nairobi, close to great restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls. I would recommend staying here 100 percent.

Had a very good time staying here — easily the best apartment I’ve stayed in while in Nairobi. There’s a large smart TV in both the bedroom and living room, which made relaxing in the evenings a treat. The apartment comes with all the amenities you could think of, including a water dispenser with unlimited drinking water, a fan to keep cool, and even board games for entertainment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi.

Nice place and location, walkable to Yaya. Easy to get in touch and communicate with host. Good playground for the smallest kids, the pool has a shallow area for kids, there is a shop in the building, flexible self check-in. These things make this a very family friendly place. We booked this place just a few hours before we would arrive and everything went smoothly.

This was a great stay! Willis is an excellent host—always professional, responsive, and respectful. The apartment in Nairobi was clean, comfortable, and located in a safe, convenient area. It had everything I needed—Wi-Fi, hot water(was absent during this stay), a peaceful environment, and easy access to the city.
