Holiday rentals with a patio in Upper Hutt

Katie’s place is quiet, clean and equipped with all the kitchen essentials so we could either eat at restaurants or at home. Great walking tracks close by. Katie was great to communicate with. A great stay.

Petone Haven is a lovely house with a garden which gets sunshine until early evening. So close to the main street, it was very quiet. Close as well to the beach and shore. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby. The house was contemporary, clean, had extra towels and bedding: we had everything we needed. We will stay again as we loved it there!

I highly recommend Siobhan's place as a beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Stunning views, all the comforts of home, and more. The well-equipped kitchen, but you are surrounded by fabulous eateries, so you will only need to use the dual oven/microwave to heat up leftovers. The bed and linen give you a quality sleep to embrace your day ahead.

Tina's place was great. Me and my boys enjoyed it so much and felt literally like home + nothing can beat the coffee machine !!!

Second time staying there. A great over nighter. A warm welcome by hosts Fee and Gra and their dog Piper. Make you feel right at home. Relaxed in the spa after walking our dog to the beach behind the house, then nice quiet evening indoors. Love coming to this place. Easy to maintain and you have own place and space. The apartment was beautifully presented, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to the square, a little noisy in the evenings but this was to be expected on a busy Easter weekend. Check-in was easy, and communication was seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you!

A lovely town with a coastal and nature-filled vibe — very family-friendly. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. The house is well-organized and comfortable for a family stay, including two bicycles available for guests to use. There are cute cafés around with a laid-back, holiday atmosphere.

Our stay was perfect. Nicola is such an amazing host, giving us extra recommendations for the time with our kids. The location of the house is perfect. Awesome views to the sea and just an easy stroll to the playground and the beautiful Queen Elizabeth park. The house itself got everything we need, we felt super comfortable all the time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. It was such an amazing luxurious stay. Received a warm welcome with local greytown gifts. The home had everything you could possibly need to host a nice weekend away with friends/family. Could easily stay there all day as its such a comfortable place to be. Very beautiful architecture and design was amazing to appreciate. The amenities were unreal including the well stocked kitchen, comfy outdoor space, and hot tub. Everything was also very clean with comfortable beds. This was easily the best airbnb I've ever stayed at and well worth the money. Would love to stay again.

Had a great stay at Sarah's. Everything was exactly as advertised. House was modern and had plenty of space to spread out. Loved the open plan Kitchen Dining and Lounge area. Had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Location was in a quiet street. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive to queries Overall we had a excellent time at Sarah's and would definitely consider staying again if back in Martinborough in the future. Would highly recommend Sarah's as a place to stay in Martinborough.

Perfect apartment to stay at in Wellington. Everything was as per the booking description etc.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon
