Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Lovely cottage with stunning lake views and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Welcome to 'Strandlyckan', our idyllic house, which is rented out when we are not using it ourselves. The house is located by itself in the woods and right by its own forest lake with a jetty and sandy beach It is 1.5 km to Åseda town with good shopping opportunities and public transport The house is modernly decorated with good facilities. A sauna has been added under the newly built terrace. The main house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a triple bed. In addition, there is a guest house with 2 beds

Apartment by the lake. Furunäs, Sävsjöström

Stay near Lake Alstern with a fantastic view of the water and pine forest! The apartment is secluded, attached to the owner's house. It is a small accommodation, 35 m2, fully equipped. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and room for a crib, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa and TV, and bathroom with shower and washing machine and changing table. Sleeping loft with a bed and mattress. Large balcony. Plenty of room to park the car. Boat with small motor and fishing license included.

Guest house

Välkommen till vårt nyrenoverade gårdshus, med terass och tillgång till familjens pool som är öppen och uppvärmd till minst 26 grader maj-sep. Huset ligger i en lugn by ute på landet, omgivet av åkrar, ängar, skog och sjö. Huset ligger 35 meter från familjens bostadshus. Stora gräsplaner med plats för spel och lek. Närheten till naturen gör det här till en perfekt plats för de som gillar tystnaden och att vistas i skog och mark, med utflykter så som fågelskådning och bär- och svampplockning.

Stuga

En fin liten stuga fridfull beläget mitt i skogen men nära till samhället och affärer. Stugan ligger på ägarens tomt ca. 40 m från bostadshuset. I Kosta finns att göra för hela familjen, fina skogspromenader, badar och fiskar samt två utomhusbassänger (juni - september ) vid Kosta camping och - lodge. Gångavstånd till Kosta Arena , Kosta Outlet och Glashotellet, där du kan äta, shoppa, spela bowling och paddel. Det finns 7 restauranger i Kosta. Vi har cyklar som gästerna kan låna gratis.

Smaller villa with rural location and patio

Här finner du en trevlig villa på landet med närhet till både bad och skog. Villan har en storlek på på 74kvm. Här få hela familjen plats då det finns 2 sovrum med totalt 4 bäddar (två enkelsäng i ena sovrummet och en våningsäng i det andra sovrmmet). Det finns stora sällskapsytor, en altan och ett trädäck i söderläge. Trädgåden är ombonad och insynsskyddad, med gott om utrymme för sköna dagar. På gångavstånd (ca 400 m) från huset finns en damm med en mindre strand, grillplats och brygga.

Hökhult West Farm 2

När lugn och avskildhet är viktigare än standard är detta ett utmärkt val. Huset har sina skavanker men inredningen är fullt funktionell och boendet anses vara mysigt/charmigt av många. Läget är idylliskt och byn Hökhult, i den sydvästra delen av Kronobergs Län i Småland, inbjuder till skön avkoppling. Skogen finns i direkt anslutning till gården och det är över 70 meter till närmsta granne. På någon kilometers avstånd finns Hjärtsjön med en mysig badplats och möjlighet till fiske.

Älghult with its almost 450 inhabitants is idyllically surrounded by beautiful forests and right on a beautiful swimming lake. For daily needs, you will find a grocery store, post office, pharmacy, sports and fishing accessories, a gas station and a pizzeria. Visit the beautiful coastal town of Kalmar or the enchanting and royal island of Öland. Traveling with children? Then Vimmerby, Pippi Longstocking, Bullerbü and Astrid Lindgrens Värld amusement park are not far away!

Large lakeside house

Large house by lake in Småland, 30 minutes from Växjö. Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse.

Guest house at Tällerydgård

Here you can relax in the countryside. In the summer, the cows are in front of the door in the meadow and sometimes also the roe deer. The cottage was originally a woodshed and home for the farmhand. Now it has been completely renovated with all the old materials we found on the farm. You can walk into the woods from the cottage. A supermarket is 5 kilometers away.
