Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Erik's cottage, Skedebäckshult

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

Välkommen till vårt nyrenoverade gårdshus, med terass och tillgång till familjens pool som är öppen och uppvärmd till minst 26 grader maj-sep. Huset ligger i en lugn by ute på landet, omgivet av åkrar, ängar, skog och sjö. Huset ligger 35 meter från familjens bostadshus. Stora gräsplaner med plats för spel och lek. Närheten till naturen gör det här till en perfekt plats för de som gillar tystnaden och att vistas i skog och mark, med utflykter så som fågelskådning och bär- och svampplockning.

Smaller villa with rural location and patio

Här finner du en trevlig villa på landet med närhet till både bad och skog. Villan har en storlek på på 74kvm. Det finns 2 sovrum med totalt 4 bäddar (två enkelsäng i varje sovrum). Vill ni vara fler gäster behöver man ta med egen exempelvis luftmadrass. Det finns stora sällskapsytor, en altan och ett trädäck i söderläge. Trädgåden är ombonad och insynsskyddad, med gott om utrymme för sköna dagar. På gångavstånd (ca 400 m) från huset finns en damm med en mindre strand, grillplats och brygga.

Villa Frost Fröseke

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe i Natursköna Fröseke. I Villa Frost har hela familjen gott om plats och med sitt stora allrum finns plats för flera familjeaktiviteter samtidigt. Boendet med 3 st separata sovrum är även mycket lämpligt när man arbetar i trakten. På baksidan finns det en altan med en gräsmatta i anslutning vilket gör boendet mycket barnvänligt. 200m från Villan finns det badplats, lekplats och en multiarena. Boendet är mycket tryggt och barnvänligt.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan ligger i Fröseke i hjärtat av Småland. Alldeles utanför stugan rinner Alsterån förbi och i dammen vid ån finns en brygga med båt som gäster kan använda. Stugan är en av de äldsta byggnaderna i byn, har bastu och plats för upp till 8 gäster. Här i Glasriket kan man inte bara besöka glasbruken med deras designhistoria, utanför de varma hyttorna finns orörd natur, sjöar, kulturhistoria och 40 minuter bort ligger Östersjön. Bo nära sjön Alstern med en fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och tallskogen! Lägenheten ligger avskild , sammanbyggd med ägarens hus. Det är ett litet boende 35 m2, fullt utrustat. På nedre plan finns sovrum med dubbelsäng och plats för spjälsäng, kök med matplats, allrum med soffa och tv samt badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin och skötplats. Sovloft med en säng och sovmadrass. Stor altan. Gott om plats att ställa bilen. Båt med elmotor och fiskekort ingår.

Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!

Go back to the 1700s, live simply but comfortably in a soldier's cottage in the middle of the woods but close to the lake. There are a lot of moose and mushrooms in the area and the opportunity to go down to the lake, where there is also a boat and canoe to use. Lots of forest and land to discover. Wind turbines are nearby.

Welcome to Sjöstugan. A peaceful cottage surrounded by pastureland where cows and horses graze during the summer. Lake view with close to swimming area and boating area. Boat is available and included in the price. Here in the village there is the opportunity to buy organic vegetables and flowers grown in this village.
