Cozy and Clean Apartment

This is a simple furnished basement apartment with a private entrance. Two rooms: a fully equipped kitchenette, laundry, shower AND a bedroom with a high quality queen bed, antique table &chairs, and cute little couch. We live in the house above. Our house is one of those sweet old houses (1906) in South Minneapolis. We are within walking distance of Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun), and many great restaurants and coffee shops. This is a cozy place to stay in the winter!

Uptown Gem, walk to the Lake & dining.

Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Renovated in 2021, this spacious second-floor studio apartment is located in a Victorian mansion a block from the Minneapolis Art Institute of Arts , 6 blocks to the Convention Center, close to "Eat Street" restaurants, uptown, downtown and chain of urban lakes. Perfect for the business traveler or couple on a weekend getaway. Off-street parking and wifi are included. We follow AirBnb's COVID-19 cleaning guidelines--disinfect and deep clean top to bottom. Location, location, location!!! Welcome to Lyn-Lake Minneapolis. This is an ideal location for anyone wanting to stay in Vibrant Uptown Minneapolis. It is surrounded by great restaurants, nightlife, theater, culture. It is within walking distance of lakes, parks, bike paths & is a short Uber away from downtown. It is located in between Speedway, and The Lake and Bryant Cafe. Bryant Lake Bowl restaurant is right across the street. (Side Note: Bob Stinson of The Replacements once lived here)

Uptown - North Woods Vibes in the ❤ of MPLS

Close to Uptown, easy access to downtown, parks, lakes, restaurants, shops, & bars. This is a private studio with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

The upstairs is rented by longterm tenants who are friendly, respectful & wonderful people. Dog friendly (1 dog - over 2 years old, less than 25 pounds. Your dog must be kept in crate when you go out. Message Kelly for pre-approval of your pet. This is our only AirBnB. Kelly lives 2 miles away and maintains it herself.

Newly remodeled in 2024 private living space including 1 bedroom, living room, full bathroom and a small kitchenette (all private, not shared), with basics for a traveler: minifridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker (K-cup), toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and a sink. To reach the suite, guests enter through common entrance and the suite is on main level. (only need to climb 5 stairs to the house entrance)
