The house is spectacular, spacious, cozy, we felt at home. I recommend it fully and when we return we would like to stay in this same place because it is comfortable and safe. The return on investment was worth it.

We were very happy at Casa Olivia. Everything is new. The bed is 2 meters wide. The bathroom is superb. The pool is awesome with beautiful sea views and sunset views. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Young children play on the street in the evening. There is one person who does outdoor cleaning every day. She is very kind. Luis lives next door and is always available. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

Impeccable experience with them

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

So, first of all, Taganga is tiny and the apartment is pretty much in the last row. The whole action happens on the beach, so you have to walk a lot, which doesn't bother me. I even think it's great because I can keep track of my steps, but that doesn't apply to everyone. The terrace is simply awesome. So much space and a great view. The rooms all have AC that is also sensibly installed and does not blow directly onto the bed. Once we had no water in the bathrooms, Goeffrey came around at 10 pm and repaired it with his friends. Then we even got a free meal from his restaurant. On the last day, free drinks in the restaurant, that was ultra sweet! Taganga is really peaceful and safe, I must say. Of course, there is misery, beggars and also drugs on the beach, but everything was always peaceful.

A pleasant place to spend both a weekend and a longer time. Definitely recommended for the location of the place, it is quite close to the Rodadero but with more affordable prices. Very kind Maribel, always attentive to any request, the area is residential and very quiet to rest and even to walk, exercise or just sightsee in the area. I'll be back without hesitation!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

It's an excellent place!!! We had an amazing time at the accommodation, plus all the extra things are a huge plus. I 100% recommend staying at Victor's place. Great place. The amenities of the building are great for families

Everything was perfect. The apartment was impeccable, very well located and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great and the kitchen had everything you needed. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a comfortable place for the number of people who were requested the accommodation, the super clean bathrooms, with toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation. The only thing was that the pool does not work on Mondays does not work.

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short everything at your fingertips. Zazué Square is very beautiful and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to collaborate in everything. We would definitely like to come to this beautiful place when we return to Santa Marta

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The experience was very good. The place was very clean, as seen in the photos and very tidy. In addition, access was quick and hassle-free, the facilities were very good and the location was close to the beach. I recommend it without hesitation!

Amazing place, Jonathan answers very fast and helps in everything you can need. The view is amazing. Breakfast at the balcony is a must. Property has a lot of amenities and it’s well administered also very organize. We are looking forward to come back. Thank you for all your help Jonathan it was an amazing stay.

The support was very good. The administrator helped us with an electrical issue in some rooms. And with the TV. Everything was arranged and we were given the necessary support. The location is perfect. The view is unbeatable. The apartment's setup is excellent. Highly recommended. The only issue was the check-in (NOT dependent on the apartment) since at the reception the people are slow and unwilling to help. We had minors and a pregnant person and they didn't help at all. Lots of people and few people helping. This is from the building, not the apartment.

The place is very cute. Jorge is a great host. The beaches and the Tayrona park are beautiful. Thanks Jorge for all the advice, it was very useful. We will return to the Colombian Caribbean, without a doubt.

an incredible complex, the order and services of the place are incredible. the apartment is very comfortable, quiet and nice. Sandra is attentive to my requirements and very kind. It is important to check the air conditioning in the main room and the dishwasher leak. but in general everything was amazing and with everything you need.
