The villa floor is approximately 120 m2 and contains a huge open kitchen, dining and living room in one. Large bedroom with double bed. Sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower.

On a blind side street between Holmbladsgade and Prags Boulevard, this unique apartment is located in the unique factory building Factory House. Here you get the feeling of your own private townhouse, as the apartment has its own entrance that leads you to the apartment's own courtyard and two terraces. On the ground floor is a small bedroom, bathroom and office. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom. The apartment will be your own little oasis in the middle of the city right by the Amagerbro Metro and cycling distance to the beach.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Komfortabel og åben lejlighed med god plads. Perfekt til den enkelte, par eller tre personer. Fra lejligheden kommer man hurtigt til byens centrum og til metro, hvor du hurtigt kan komme rundt i hele København samt til og fra lufthavnen. Yderligere ligger Amager centeret som tilbyder shopping, café/restaurant og meget mere. Lejligheden ligger nemt til strand, hvor det kan anbefales at gå morgen/aften ture. Lejligheden ligger på øverste sal i ejendommen og til venstre. Der er ingen elevator.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.
