The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI. The entire home is open to guests. The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find. We loved staying here! House was so cute and perfect for me, my fiancé, and our 2 dogs to stay for a night. Had a small issue at check in with the main door handle being locked, but owners were super responsive and came quickly to let us in. The yard was a tad overgrown so we couldn’t see the animal poop that our dogs ended up rolling in, but there was plenty of soap in the house to take care of it. Keep in mind the yard is not fully fenced if you’re bringing dogs. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and perfect for walking, and it was fun to look at all the cool and unique houses nearby. Would recommend and stay again!

Loved the stay at Illinois Bungalow -The property was located in a safe neighborhood close to campus and was tastefully decorated to capture the Illini spirit. The house was very clean and things were neatly organized. The kitchen was well stocked with required pots & pans and dishes. The artwork and other items in the house made us feel cozy. Rachel is a very caring and thoughtful host and was very prompt in her communications. She provided clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Will definitely consider staying here again if we happen to be in the area.

Great stay! We visited for about a week and my sister lives a few houses over so we used this airbnb as our “crash pad” and it was perfect for that. It’s in a great area with plenty that you can walk to- parks, the university, coffee shops, the library, etc. It’s an older house with a few steps and steep stairs to the basement so I’d be careful if you are on the clumsier side. Overall, nice house! We’d stay here again.

This was a great place to stay while in Champaign, great area to walk in, we walked downtown for dinner, and a local bakery and cafe is just 2 blocks. It had all the things I look for in an AirBnB, thoughtful touches, she reached out since we were staying 5 days to find out what kind of coffee we would like. Clean with a nice large bathroom (hard to find in an area of older homes). She was the best host at communicating that I have ever had.

We were in town for graduation at U of I, and this house provided a great home base for us. Looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is amazing. The dining room, sitting room and sun room had plenty of room for our group of 7. The master bedroom is also much larger than expected, it was a great room. Wonderful historic home, would highly recommend!
