Set on the 5th floor with lift access, this recently refurbished apartment is designed for comfort and quality. Juliet balconies in both rooms bring in light and sea air. Ideal for 2 adults. This newly renovated apartment is entirely at your disposal. Located directly at the beach and with beautiful sea views. This apartment is in the centre of Estepona with various restaurants, shops and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance. For a snack/drink you only to take the elevator down. There is a parking garage (paid) right in front (under the street) and lots of parking in the streets around. The perfect place with all amenities within walking distance.
