The communication with Sue was very good from the beginning, she responded quickly and always had an open ear, she sent us a location so that we found the apartment quickly and easily and the apartment was exactly as described in the ad, perfect location, beach and restaurant in the corner, great view of the beach and harbor. The facility was clean and in great condition. Highly recommended and always happy to come back. The team around Sue is unique. Thank you and see you next time

Perfect location with several restaurant, bars, and a mercado all within 2 minutes walk. Old Town is a short walk up the beach as well. The views from the balcony were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Monica's comfortable and spacious apartment.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. We have stayed here for 4 weeks and didn’t want to go home. The property has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a desk in the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for working from home. The sea view takes your breath away as soon as you come in. You will need a car to get around. There are few good restaurants under 20mins walk but you are not spoiled for choice. The beach at the front is not great for swimming but the 3 pools totally compensate for that. It was not an issue for us. The whole complex is very well maintained and secure. We would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation. The apartment and facilities are beautifully maintained and include all the amenities needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, providing support along the way and ensuring we felt welcome from the start. Their thoughtfully curated local guidebook was a great touch—it helped us explore the area with ease, much of it by foot. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. A perfect spot for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Highly recommend!

Apartment and views are beautiful and exactly as per the pictures. We had to contact Karen a couple of times and she was really helpful and responsive. As you arrive, the apartment building is on a really busy road and we weren’t able to park so then had to circle back round and do (what felt at the time with kids and suitcases) a long walk from the car via the busy road to get to the apartment. But soon forgotten once inside. You have the most beautiful views over the sea and beach and such a lovely apartment with everything you need. We spent everyday on the beach and it felt really safe for our family. The boardwalk along the coast is lovely for a stroll, though for evenings we preferred taking the 20min drive to Mijas Pueblo. It’s a beautiful, sleepy mountain town and we found the food way better. Great stay and base with the best views for a relaxing beach holiday.

we had a great stay. The property is super clean. The apartment is also clean. The pool is very well maintained and the exteriors too. The residence is clean and quiet, everything you need to relax during a short stay near Marbella.

Lovely penthouse with amazing terrace. We also appreciated the comfortable bed the silence at night. Best of all were Shauna and Susan. We particularly valued the personal welcome. To top it all, they provided us with torch, water and powerbank when power was 6 hours down.

I am super happy with my stay at Istvan & Atilla! Always quick response if you had questions, friendly reception and felt at home right away. They contacted us a few times during the stay to check that we were satisfied, which I think is top service! There was always a free parking space to park the car, quiet and nice area. The accommodation is highly recommended!😃

Lovely apartment. Good location and easy access to all the restaurants in Estapona and the port.

Great location in the heart of Estepona old town with a few minutes walk to the beach. Nicely renovated apartment that is bright with an expansive terrace. An in person orientation of the place would have been a nice added touch as opposed to reading a “manual” like information book. The apartment building does not have an elevator so you must carry your luggage up two flights of narrow steps which is fine for the able person. As advertised the place has just a washer no dryer. A clothe line or drying rack would have been beneficial as putting your clean clothes on the sun beds is not a practical solution. On a windy day they may be blown off the terrace or onto the dirty ground where they need to be washed again. A small investment of a clothing rack would make a happy guest.

We had the most wonderful experience in Marbella. Virginia’s place was spacious and lovely and very comfortable for two couples. The location was perfect!! We were a 2 minute walk from the lively area but away enough that we had quiet in our condo. We loved the old town, tons of restaurants and cafes, close to shopping and a 10 minute walk to the beach! Virginia was very responsive, gave us lots of great suggestions and recommendations and friendly! We will definitely be back in Marbella and would rent from Virginia again!

May 10 - 19 2025. This is an awesome couples apartment. Aitana met us shortly after our arrival and showed us around the apartment and gave us one set of keys. It appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchenette is as shown, with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob and microwave oven. A bottle of water, tea bags, coffee and sugar were provided. The living area is as shown with a comfortable sofa/futon and the tv has Spanish channels only. I tested the wifi and it never dipped below 300Mb. This is the only space that is air conditioned. The bedroom has a large bed (5ft/1.5M wide) which I found quite firm but my partner was happy with it. There is ample hanging space in the wardrobe. The bathroom is adequate. Be aware it is a very small room. The shower is a good size with a lighted shelf and good water pressure. We both thought the WC was a bit low. The vanity has a lit up mirror and plenty of storage underneath. Beach 20seconds Old town 40s Taxi rank 20s

Stunning place to stay me and my partner had the best holiday ever will try and return very soon

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

The apartment is in a great location and was accurately described. Rocio contacted me a few days before and after landing in Malaga which was reassuring. On arrival Rocio and her husband gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tour around the apartment and also explained the roof terrace for washing drying and how to access the pool. Views from the apartment are amazing and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area. There are large supermarkets within a few minutes walk although the Carrefour is the best and cheapest. Some good Spanish tapas bars are on the backstreets which we found relaxing but more international cuisine is available in the main town which is a 20 minute stroll along the paseo. Estepona is the most beautiful place we’ve visited and the sight and smell of the flowers is spectacular. This was our first visit but we will be returning as we didn’t have enough time to explore it all. We usually holiday in Nerja but found Estepona has a better vibe

I really enjoyed my stay. Esther and Denise’s apartment was beautiful, very clean, and exquisitely decorated. I would stay there again.
