Holiday rentals with a patio in Urbanizatión Alcazaba Beach, Estepona

We stayed in the villa for 4 nights and it was perfect! The villa was immaculate and exactly as described - couldn’t have been any better! It is only a 10 minute uber from Puerto Banus so is in the perfect location. We will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend Sebastian and his villa enough 😊

A truly superb apartment in a fantastic complex. Jose was the ultimate host, even phoning to check if we’d prefer a wine or a beer on arrival! One of the most responsive hosts we’ve ever stayed with and nothing was too much trouble. Make sure you check out his restaurant suggestions. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable, lovely and quiet and the area it’s situated in felt very safe. The roof terrace is fantastic and we certainly put it to good use. The bbq up there was a real bonus too. The apartment is situated in a residential area but is only a 10 minute walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants, with the beach only a couple of minutes further. Estepona is a lovely town and the beautiful streets in the old town are incredibly pretty. Couldn’t recommend Jose and his apartment enough and he will be our first port of call if we visit Estepona again.

Liebe Carolina, wir haben unseren dreimonatigen Aufenthalt in deiner Wohnung sehr genossen und uns super erholt. Angefangen mit der reibungslosen Kommunikation bei der Buchung war auch der check in und die Abstimmung mit Inma perfekt. Die Wohnung hat gehalten, was sie auf den Bildern versprochen hat und ist komplett ausgestattet, sodass auch ein Langzeiturlaub problemlos möglich ist. Die Betten sind super bequem und die kombinierte Heiz-/Klimaanlage hat auch super funktioniert. Internet und TV-Empfang, auch für deutsche Programme, sind vorhanden. Die spektakuläre Terrasse ist mit sehr bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Sehr nützlich ist der reservierte Tiefgaragenplatz. Was sollen wir sagen... für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft und wir freuen uns auf die nächste Buchung bei dir. Liebe Grüße Martina & Marc

Anniken was a truly wonderful host. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a lovely peaceful location. We’ll definitely stay again!

We had such an excellent stay. Three of us had booked this apartment to attend a wedding and it couldn't have been better. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings whilst maintaining an authentic feel. It was spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the beautiful Old Town, the shops, restaurants and Church are on the doorstep. Clear instructions were given prior to arrival which helped a great deal in terms of finding and accessing the building. We were greeted personally, handed the key and shown the apartment. Communication was great too, before, during and post stay. The rooftop terrace was an ideal spot to relax, super comfortable and well appointed. Can't recommend this place enough so thank you to James, Natascha and Amelia for a brilliant experience! We hope to be back soon!

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, schöner Ausblick, Pool direkt vor der Terrasse, Zugang zum Paseo, 5min nach Estepona City, privater Parkplatz, guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check-In. Auch für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer gelegen, ideal zum Entspannen. Alles ist wie im Inserat beschrieben (wegen neuem Gehweg vor dem Grundstück ist der Garten jetzt etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos). Die Bewertungen der früheren Gäste können wir bestätigen. Besten Dank für alles.

Tolle unterkunft in toller lage

We had a wonderful experience at Laura’s beach house. The decor was as shown on the photographs posted. Beautiful. Simple. Boho. Modern. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms. The location was spectacular, where you open the back door and walk directly onto the beach. A masseuse was conveniently located right outside on the sand in a quaintly covered/private set up. (She was amazing and massages are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!) Delicious restaurants are walkable. Old town and shopping (La Canada/grocery stores) are all close by, as well. The host, Laura was helpful, kind and responsive wherever we had questions about activities in the area. All in all, I think it sums it up to note that my 9 year old didn’t want to leave, and neither did I. We hope to come back again. Our trip was perfect.

We had an extremely relaxing stay. The townhouse was very private, quiet location yet perfect old town access. Our only issue would be the bed size being a double, not ideal when sharing with husband at 6’2 😛

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. Great location in the heart of Estepona old town with a few minutes walk to the beach. Nicely renovated apartment that is bright with an expansive terrace. An in person orientation of the place would have been a nice added touch as opposed to reading a “manual” like information book. The apartment building does not have an elevator so you must carry your luggage up two flights of narrow steps which is fine for the able person. As advertised the place has just a washer no dryer. A clothe line or drying rack would have been beneficial as putting your clean clothes on the sun beds is not a practical solution. On a windy day they may be blown off the terrace or onto the dirty ground where they need to be washed again. A small investment of a clothing rack would make a happy guest.

Desde el primer momento Maribel estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada, hemos acudido por viaje familiar y el piso está muy cómodo, no le falta de nada y lo mejor es la ubicación a 3min andando de la playa 100% recomendado

This place and host were amazing. The house was clean, modern and beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Views from the terrace and atmosphere on the terrace was fantastic! Spent 90% of the time on the terrace. Aurora is the best. We will be back!!

Really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Estepona. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip. Huge TV to relax at after a long day of walking the surrounding areas. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to lots of nice places to eat

Die Unterkunft von Lola ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben nichts auszusetzen! Wir wurden sehr gut und freundlich empfangen, es wurden uns gute Hinweise und Unternehmensmöglichkeiten für die Umgebung genannt und Lola, sowie Carlos waren super hilfsbereiten sehr freundlich! Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und so, wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos beschrieben. Es hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! ☺️♥️

Beautiful apartment in the hillside! The pictures does not do the view justice. Incredible view over the city and plenty of outside space to enjoy it. A really quiet place to relax, only a short drive from the main city. Facilities were nice and well equipped. This apartment has everything for your stay, long or short. Beautifully furnished and clean apartment. I really liked the folder with all the information needed for our stay, as well as a guide to the places around town. I would 100% stay here again. Special thanks to our host who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. He even stocked the fridge with some refreshments for us.

Hallo Karen, Dankjewel, we hebben met ons gezin genoten in jullie fantastische mooie ingerichte appartement. Wat een geweldig uitzicht! Vanuit het appartement kun je makkelijk omliggende steden of dorpjes bezoeken. Zo leuk! zoals Malaga, Muijas dorpje, Marbella old town Fungerola, Gewoon doen, echt een beleving….
