Holiday rentals with beach access in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

María and her husband Cosme where very approachable and very quick to respond to any questions that needed answered. the property was very accessible to the beach 5 minutes walk, tram station 5 minutes walk, shops and restaurants, museums 15 minutes walk. The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a easy to use washing machine, dishwasher, cooker/oven and microwave. would definitely recommend

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.

Alicante apartment in the old town is a prime spot. Amazing views morning and evening and super close to eateries and bars. Well worth staying and a little different being carved into rock.

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our first holiday with our baby. The location was ideal and a bit quieter than staying right in the middle of everything but was a 5-10 minute walk away from great restaurants, beach etc. Miguel was always super quick at responding to any questions. Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

O Sr.Manuel foi muito prestativo e compreensivo desde o início. O alojamento correspondeu às nossas expectativas. O que tornou a nossa estadia mais agradável foi a amabilidade dos proprietários, com ajuda em todas as nossas questões sobre a área envolvente e como podíamos deslocar naquela zona. Traumhafte Wohnung direkt am Strand von San Juan! Die Wohnung ist exakt wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und toll für ein Paar mit einem Kind. Mit mehr Leuten würde die Wohnung aber schnell zu klein werden. Ansonsten aber 100% Empfehlung und die Gastgeberin war traumhaft nett zu uns und sehr flexibel bei Check in und Check out. Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Posizione perfetta! Spazi ambi e abbastanza puliti. Hagen ed Elizabet sono molto cordiali e simpatici.

L’appartamento è situato in centro quindi posizione è perfetta. Salone e terrazzo spaziosi e comodi,cucina ben attrezzata. Camera da letto un po’ angusta (soprattutto col caldo) ma si risolve con ventilatori e aria condizionata. Anna e Andrea sono delle ottime host. Punto forte sicuramente la posizione,la consiglio
