We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couple's getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and the center of Alicante about 15 minutes by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking the taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach, which is spectacular

Fab studio apartment in a perfect location, close to everything. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the sounds of the street below, but as soon as you close the doors, it’s completely quiet inside. It was unusually hot for June when we visited, but the air conditioning kept the apartment really comfortable and cool. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. A great place to stay!

The apartment was very great and we enjoyed the time there. Everything was clean and you are close to all the main places thanks to the location of the apartment.

Lago and Alba are perfect hosts, considerate of tourists and caring. The accommodation was really clean and well equipped. The residential area is quiet and a 10-minute walk from the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and even two different beaches. Very easy way to communicate with the host. Small delicacies are a pleasant surprise on the day of arrival. I definitely recommend it!

Best listing in Alicante! We were here for Las Hogueres de San Juan and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Everything is easily walkable and you feel like you’re in the heart of the action. The apartment is really unique and well kept. Clan is fantastic and accommodating, always responsive and very helpful. You won’t find a better listing for the price!

The stay was great! Communication with Rocío is very easy and agile. The location is excellent, right in the liveliest part of Alicante's Old Town. It is close to the beach and has all the necessary amenities.

Apartment exactly as described. Spotless and clean. Everything you need for your stay. Was in lovely gated complex with excellent pool and sunbeds. Beach across road,with 4 beach bars! In a quiet neighbourhood with 20 or so bars/ restaurants within 25 mins walk. The bus to Alicante city,Santa Pola,Gran Alicant, Airport just out on road. The host Ruben is just amazing...he meets you at the gate,checks you in,and even took us to the 3 large supermarkets for heavy shopping! We had small problems, and he sorted them out within the hour. This service means a lot that he is available to reach easy. We were so relaxed it was hard to leave, but we will be back for sure. 100% recommend.

The apartment is quietly located just outside the city and across the street from EUIPO. Advantages are in particular the quiet location, the underground parking directly at the elevator to the apartment and the good bus connection. A disadvantage of the apartment would at most be that the building is clairaudient. Mayte was easy to reach at all times and was available quickly and helpful with all queries. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Wonderful accommodation in the Inifinty View complex. The apartment is really sparkling clean, very spacious and has all the facilities you expect. Sonia is a Superhost who is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Beach can be reached via the lifts on the side of the tennis court, very convenient for people with walking difficulties or for us with the stroller. Through the other side you can walk down the steep street or else via the stairs. The heated pool and jacuzzis are lovely in spring and winter. The children's area is still a bit cold in April. Also nice that there is a bar where you can eat and drink. We had our groceries delivered through the Mercadona app, so a car was not necessarily necessary. We will definately return!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

I can highly recommend the accommodation. It is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The beach is also very close and the tram connection to the center of Alicante is also very good.

Had a wonderful time at Maria and Jorge's beautiful apartment, the views were spectacular and we will definitely be back :).

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Could not recommend enough! The apartment was absolutely perfect, very central and easy to find, perfect location so central but also very private and safe. Every staff member we met at reception went absolutely above and beyond, they were so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. Roberto was an incredible host, especially for our first time using airbnb! Very responsive to messages with my many questions and when we struggled to unlock the apartment doors, himself and Analia (key holder) were incredibly helpful! Apartment/pool were exactly like the photos, plenty of storage, clean, fresh and beautifully smelling linen/bed sheets and incredible sea views! Roberto was extremely accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in and later check out due to our flight times, we were so grateful for his hospitality as it made our stay go that much more seamlessly! We found the area to be very local/residential so not loads to do, but we were only a short bus/taxi journey into places like Alicante and Santa Pola where we visited the Island of Tabarka, which was beautiful! Enough restaurants to visit for the duration of our stay :) Thank you Roberto for making our holiday feel like visiting a second home! Perfect 60th birthday celebrations for my Mum complete

The flat was beautiful - it has undoubtedly a brilliant view towards the sea and it is great to see the sunrise. It was very clean and tidy with everything available that is needed. Nino and Marisol are perfectly responsive and very friendly! The street leading to the apartment is - as described - pretty steep ans with a little effort still doable, also with a stroller. Sometimes one can hear other people in the building and the pipes as well, but with everything else being so nice, it is tolerable! Thank you, Nino, for having us! We sure would come back, if we are ever in the area again!

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us.
