It has 3 bedrooms: a double room and a room with 2 single beds in the front house as well as another room with 2 single beds in the back house. Both bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches are reachable in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and a sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

My house is quiet and interesting right next to the dune forest. The beach is about 5 minutes walk through the forest. The house was built in 2002. A parking space is right next to the house. We rent 2 apartments. Apartment Seagull is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with seating. The kitchen is as shown in the pictures, equipped with everything you need for cooking on holiday, only you need to shop yourself :)
