It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

Our little red brick house is and has always been an oasis to rest, relax, cook and dine well with friends, or just enjoy the Uckermark as a couple. This should continue to be the case and therefore we want guests who also like to enjoy it as much as we do. Enjoyment includes two bicycles, several small swimming lakes in the area, a bathtub from grandma's time ... and a garden that invites you to relax.

Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. There are restaurants, cafes, shopping opportunities and plenty of nature. There are also well-developed cycling and hiking trails for recreational activities. Of course, Koserow also has a beautiful sandy beach. From our vacation home, this can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.

Our holiday house is located in the holiday settlement Birkenhain on the edge of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. In the middle of a birch forest, on about 500 square meters with a hedge surrounded separate , not visible plot, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
