Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Uster District

My stay was absolutely perfect at Alina‘s! Very clean and comfortable apartment. Very safe and city centred location. Very accessible by public transport. Overall a pleasant accommodation and highly recommend to everyone looking for a homey stay :)

Right on the edge of the Altstadt, Riccardo's listing is the perfect base for the solo traveler. Local transit perfectly walkable and the Hauptbahnhof is easily accessible for day trips or further travel. Your right in the center of it all!

What a lovely find! Rene’s place was superb. Loved the location as it was walking distance to where my son and daughter in law. So convenient for transport and walking to museums etc. Nice to sit on the balcony for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. There was a well stocked kitchen so could easily prepare meals. Enjoyed the outdoor market on Tuesday and Saturday and the ice cream parlour in the local square. Coop and Migros supermarkets were great. Even though it was 28-30 degrees for our entire trip the apt stayed surprisingly cool. And added bonus. Thank you so much Rene. We will be back in the future. The host had a wonderful, eclectic, modern apt street level. The private green patio space was an added bonus. It felt like home and very private with the hidden patio from the road. We felt very safe. Beat was fantastic to meet us at the apt., show us how to use the lighting, kitchen, etc. He gave us pictures with specific directions to get there from the train and messaged me with suggestions on restaurants, areas and train stops in Zürich. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom was top notch. We loved having a washer and dryer that was not a mini to wash clothes before flying out. We will stay again if we fly into Zurich on our travels.

The apartment is cozy and well-located, with direct tram connections to both the airport and main railway station. Public transport access is very convenient, and there's a small supermarket right in the same building, which was a big plus. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Reto's apartment was in a fantastic location, a short distance to trams and in walking distance of central Zurich. The apartment was very clean, accessible, had all the amenities I needed. It is a lived in airbnb but it’s vacant and you have the whole place to yourself, with free parking. Theres a pretty backyard and it’s quite peaceful. It is about an 8minute walk to some nature trails which were so pretty and my dog loved them. Theres also a grocery store about a 5 minutes walk. For a budget friendly stay in Zurich, it is perfect for 1-2 people. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. There is public transport really close but I didn’t use it. Lisa was very helpful and kind.

Communication with Päde was easy and fast. Päde took a lot of time to clarify everything important and then also to show everything in the apartment. When I was there, he even picked me up from the train station with his motorcycle, which was a great experience. I greatly appreciate his kindness and knowledge, and that a friendly relationship has developed in just a short time. I am very grateful and can recommend this accommodation 100%. The price-performance ratio is more than okay.

My partner and I spent an amazing week at Sabine's place in Winterthur. Beautiful and convenient location, extremely affordable price, and Sabine and very chilled, friendly, and hospitable :)

Easily accessible accommodation in a quiet location. The host Daniel was very accommodating with good excursion tips,as well as information on public transport. The hospitality is a top priority with Daniel and his wife. Happy to recommend !

The host is really very friendly, friendly and welcoming. She is a very cultured person with whom you can easily discuss many topics. The accommodation was clean and the place quiet. The kitchen was also available. It's a smoking place so it can bother someone who can't stand that smell. There don't seem to be many activities next door (I didn't really have time to look) but there are a few restaurants and a shop that are not far, the city center by transport is not very far. I will not hesitate to stay there again if I return to the area.

Gabi is a very interesting and welcoming lady, with whom you can address a lot of different topics. While traveling for work I didn't really enjoy the surroundings but I spent very quiet nights in this beautiful Swiss countryside

We were in Winterthur for an extended weekend. We liked the nice little balcony at the accommodation, and the short distance to the train station and city center. We didn't even need a bus! The uncomplicated nature of Imed and Yacine is also very positive. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, clean and very close to the airport. The bus stop to the airport was a five minute ride and the actual stop was only 800 feet from the apartment. The host was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. It was great to be able to do some laundry before we flew home. There were several grocery stores very close to the apartment along with bakeries. I would definitely recommend staying apartment.

It was so clean and beautiful that I didn't think it was my home. There was a guest bedroom and bathroom, and the living balcony was spacious and very comfortable. There were other coffee services, recommended areas and sightseeing spots in the area, and went to the waterfall they recommended on the last day!I am very satisfied! Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet you last time, but I'd love to stay here again when I'm in Zurich!!

Very warm, clean and tidy, I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is tasteful furnished and has well divided rooms. I found almost everything I needed in the kitchen, besides bowls for cereals. The view from the conservatory is really nice, as the sun sets there. The parking place in the garage is close by (1 min walking distance). From here you can quickly drive up to the gondola to get up to Stoos and do some hiking up there.

Michael and his wife were very friendly and conversational, and we got to know each other a bit while I was there. He was great at communicating, and got everything I needed for me, including an iron and ironing board. I only wish I had more time to spend at their place because it was so lovely sitting out on the balcony overlooking the lake! It is a bit of a walk from the train stations though, and if you are carrying luggage you should take the road instead of the shortcut on gravel paths.
